This place is smaller than Fry's of course , but they have many good stuffs in bargain prices. The check out lines usually are not bad, but the customer service lines are horibble. Can't they work faster!!

I come to Best Buy whenever I want to buy cd/dvd/software/ink printer, etc. It's the best place to be!! The price is such a bargain and they offer a membership , where you can be eligible to get a rebate coupon.

If you have a difficult time finding that cd or dvd that you're looking for and no other store carries it, Best Buy is always my answer. Since regular department stores usually carry only the newer cds (and not even that many musicians) you can never find older cds or imports. Best Buy is very good with keeping cds in stock and having everything including older cds, newly released, imports and dvd/cd packages. You can find everything you need at great prices also. When you go to the malls you usually charge 5 dollars more than you would have to, Best buy sells cds for what there retail price is and maybe, most times even lower. This is not all this company has. They also specialize in anything electronic and have everything you could need for your home such as tvs, dvd players, ipods, kitchen appliances, computers and even a few instruments. Customer service is great and there's always a team member offering help. So next time you can't quite find that cd you're looking for head to Best Buy it's sure to be there. I know I find what I'm looking for always.

Best buy is a great place to go for electronics, great prices and selection, but there is a large downside as well. But don't believe the ads you see on tv if you want good customer service, because you won't get any. Employees practically avoid you and don't know what they are doing. prices in, service out.
