Petsmart

I love this store so much!!! Ive always had pets in Puerto Rico but now i cant have one cause im new in Vegas and i go there when i can to see them specially the kittys I LOVE 'EM anyways i like the store so much i wish i'd work with them.....So u gotta go there

Sometimes they help out quickly, but most of the time you have to wander and wander to find someone in the right department that can help you. If you want crickets, forget it, that a guaranteed half hour wait, better luck somewhere else.

i have been using the petsmart in the best of the west shopping center for 3 years now to bath my boy shadow....he can be the most difficult dog to bath and brush out but Lauren has been doing a fantastic job since day one and she has earned shadow's respect ........kudo's to Lauren and the fantastic job she does

I traveled pretty much the whole vegas area and this was the prettiest store. The workers are not very knowledgeable but they try to be helpful sometimes. The customers are much more helpful so don't be shy to ask and for those dog owners, they have a bowl of doggie treats next to the checkout.

PROS: Clean, good prices, nice customers
CONS: employees are busy and not very knowledgeable

THIS STORE HAS A WIDE VARIETY OF PET SUPPLIES AND PETS TO OFFER BUT THAT IS ABOUT IT THE PRODUCTS ARE PRICED WAY TO HIGH, I SUGGEST THEM TO LOWER THERE PRICES.

Very clean place, very friendly staff including excellent groomers. They take good care of your pet. The only thing I don't like it too much is that you need to have an appt in order to have your pet groomed. In other words, not a walk-in place.

PROS: They do a good job
CONS: Sometimes not schedule flexibility

I found the store to be clean organisized, and the staff was very helpful in helping to find items I needed to purchase for my cat. They always remind me of the specials.

I like the huge variety of pet foods they have to offer. The pet outfits are really cute and the toys are amazing. I know I can get whatever I want when I go to this Petsmart. The help is great and it is always special when I go there. If you don't understand something, they take the time to explain to you about any product you are interested in. That is what is special about this Petsmart.

We take our dogs to Petsmart to get them groomed because they are the least expensive. It costs a lot more to have mobile pet groomers come to our house to groom our dogs. Petsmart does a very good job for the amount that they charge, plus they have freebies (biscuits). Their groomers are friendly. Just don't like our dogs being caged for any length of time either before or after their grooming.

PROS: Most cost effective dog grooming
CONS: Takes too long

I LIKE PETSMART BECAUSE THEY ALLOW YOU TO BRING YOUR PET WITH YOU. THE STORE ON RAINBOW IS CLEAN AND NEAT. THE PET GROOMERS ARE VERY SKILLFUL. THEY SEEM TO HAVE EVERY DOG UNDER CONTROL, REGARDLESS OF THE ANIMAL'S PERSONALITY. THEY HAVE A HUGE VARIETY OF PET SUPPLIES AND I FEEL REAL COMFORTABLE AT THAT STORE.

I love taking my dog here. She enjoys walking the aisles and communing with the other dogs and folks she meets. She also enjoys getting groomed here. They do a great job, it's always easy to get an appointment, the prices are reasonable - and she comes out smelling great and with a shiny soft coat every time. She always prances a bit prouder!

I really like the prices and quality of their products. Also, their return policy is great. I have a lab who destroys her toys and I appreciate a store that stands behind their product. If a toy says "guaranteed to last" and it doesn't, they don't hassle me with returns.

this is a typical chain pet store that is mostly full of dog and cat foods. They also offer pet adoption. staff is not very helpful and lacks in knowledge.

Great selections with pretty close prices with Wal-Mart, cheaper than Petco. I like there are so many locations close to where I live. I just wish they'd have a mailing system with coupons for there store once in awhile.
