Get Lost in Time...

I have been here twice already, and plan on returning for sure! The tea shop is delightful, there are SOOO many treasures, and the layout is such that you can easily browse the vendors.

I always find something...

by Glena D. | insider Insider | Rank: 31,921

In the 8 years I have shopped this mall, I rarely walked out empty handed. In fact, I have often left with my pick-up loaded! In fact, just thinking about all the great things I have gotten makes me feel like going right now! Seriously, I have bought everything from primitives to victorian pcs...from $5 to the most I spent on one piece was $1,200 (it was well worth it) Anyway, it is great, their candles smell good and they have a tea room too.

Maxine - The Gallery Consignment Store

by Anonymous

Recently met with "Max"a new tenant who specializes in consignment items in The Market building. My experience with her:
Rude, Discourteous, Intimidating and most importantly...Arrogant.
Would never recommend anyone to her shop nor do business there. Can assume her "street" behavior has pushed away legitimate repeat customers for The Market antiques shopping experience too!

Wonderful experience

by C G. | insider_expert Insider Expert | Rank: 2,094

This place has it all in regards to antiques. Many vendors with everything dated back into the 1800's to the 1970's. Furniture, knick knacks, household antiques. You can spend a couple of hours easily walking through here. You would be surprised what you'll find tucked away in these vendors booths.

A lot of antiques

by Bonnie R. | insider_guru Insider Guru | Rank: 1,215

This shop has around 70 dealers currently and plans on doubling the size of the mall to 50,000 square feet. There are several good bargains I've gotten in this store which recently opened a small cafe in one corner. I've never eaten there, but I believe the Cafe referred to in the name was one which used to be there. It is behind what used to be a Flower Market, which has been closed for a couple of years and maybe that's another reason for the name. I've bargained with them over the prices of some things and usually I've come away with a good deal.

PROS: Some very nice antiques, fairly priced, many dealers.
CONS: None
