Same thing here. I shop here all the time and last Sunday they had a great coupon in the paper for 20% off the entire purchase. I left the house without the coupon and I asked if they would honor it anyway and they told me know so I spoke with a manager and he said No. There is no way I am driving back home 20 miles to get the coupon. I shop there all the time and buy all the company office supplies there so they do know me. I decided to stop at 99c store picked up a newspaper and headed over to Office Depot where they more than happy to take the Office Max coupon. I must say I would have gone back to Office Max but it was the way I was spoke to that pissed me off.

We go to your stores all the time, this year we've spent 10,000.00dollars in your stores. We always have our purchases delivered. This time they said they could not deliver it to us because we were upstairs (theres an elevator). We went in to get some supplies, your sales people were rude and slow. They hasseled us over everything. Then they said our purchase was not in house, and we could not use the discount cards you sent us. You just lost our business. Do you care? Nancy C. This Office Max branch is great. The staff is awesome. They are truly helpful and know their store well. They were able to help me and answer all of my questions so I was in and out of there in a few minutes. They even opened up a new register for me so I wouldnt have to wait in line. Talk about good service!
