Home Depot

I spent over 45 minutes waiting for the front desk to send help to the door section. When the guy finally arrived he was not interested in helping me or finding me an employee who could answer my questions. Total time wasted and not worth the drive.

I'm a girl so I hate going there but I needed a lot of stuff when we first moved into our house. I can't find a person to help me to SAVE MY LIFE and when I do they generally work a different department and can't help me. Not kid friendly place AT ALL. Very organized, clean and great selection.

I have to say they have the best return policy however you generally have to stand there awhile before you can return.

Recommend to anyone who knows what you need. If you don't save yourself the headache and send someone who knows cause the employees if you can find one are not helpful.

PROS: good selection, well stocked, clean, return policy
CONS: HORRIBLE service, lots of returned products on shelves, not helpful

This Home Depot location is very well organized. the staff is helpful and curteous. The store layout is easy to follow and everything is accessible. I would return to this location.

We love our Home Depot. The staff is so friendly. Those in the paint department and the garden department have given me so much great advise, since buying our new home. The prices are good too.

Home depot is known to have everything you need to maintain your house. The problem I have run into at the tropical pkwy store is this. They would rather deal with the contractor who spends thousands of dollars a week in their store rather than help me the homeowner chose the right thing-a-ma-gig for the project I am working on. My advice to home depot is simple do not forget who got you where you are today it was the millions of home owners buying one thing-a-ma-gig at a time over and over again. My advice to the person that is going to shop at home depot is to try Lowes they seem to be better at dealing with the homeowner.

PROS: has every thing you need for your home
CONS: is all set up around the contractor

HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE AT THIS HOME DEPOT LOCATION. NOT ENOUGH STAFF, THAT CARES ENOUGH TO HELP A PAYING CUSTOMER. TOOK MY BUSINESS TO LOWE'S WHERE THE MANAGER ASSISTED ME AND BENT OVER BACKWARDS FOR MY BUSINESS.

Whenever I seem to go into Home Depot it seems that I can never get any help, I always have to hunt someone down to get some help, granted they know what there talking about, I shouldnt have to go on a hunt for help. But overall the store is well stocked, and clean, and always has what I need or they can tell me where I can find what I'm looking for.

Compared to Lowes, I really can't stand Home Depot, but at least they are conveniently located. If you know what you need and don't need help, then Home Depot is fine. This location is pretty busy all the time, so there is always a line. If you need assistance in any department, you'll definitely want to go to Lowes instead of Home Depot. I don't know if they are just too busy, or they don't have enough help, but I can never find anyone and when I do, they have a line of people waiting to ask them questions.

PROS: convenient locations
CONS: not enough staff

This store offer all kind of hardward that you need. It have all different kind of appliances for indoor and outdoor use. The customer service is really good and they'd help you find what you're looking for and the price is very reasonable. Also, it is next to walmart, sam's club, and other different stores.

I love where this home depot located. It is surrounded by walmart supercenter, michaels, bath and body works, tons of restaurants and a lot more store. Great job on picking the location. I always love the home depot's inventory, I always find what I'm looking for there and it has great selections of plants. Some of the price is a bit higher than other store though. I saw a plastic pot at walmart for less than $2, meanwhile in home depot almost the same size and model plastic pot costs almost $5. Wow what a big dfferent. But still love this store, especially for the nursery.
