Ziegler Kristine Dvm - Sahara-Pines Animal Hospital

I unfortunately lost my job in Vegas and had to move back home to NY. Well I needed some information for my vet here in NY and they were very accomodating. They faxed it and were very helpful. Very good to my cats while I was there. Really appreciated the drop off service in the morning and pick up after work. Nice for single people.

I have dealt with this doctor and she and her staff were terrific, I was amazed at the fees for getting my little pom rocky "snipped" and the low cost included one shot he needed and removal of two teeth that just didn't want to come out of that little mouth! I came here for the low fees and have switched all my dogs to Sahara pines now for all the right reasons.

I have been taking my 3 dogs to Dr. Zigler for 10 yrs. She is very caring and understands your love for your animals.They have gone out of their way to make accommodation's for boarding them knowing that I am this over-protective "MOM".This Dec. we had to part with one of our oldest members of the family and Dr. Zigler was very understanding and patient with us, as well as the whole staff.I have moved away from this side of town but couldn't think of taking them anywhere else.I have referred this Dr. to several friends and clients and will continue to do so. She really does make a difference!!!!Janice E.

I started taking my chow, Kuma to Sahara Pines shortly after we moved to Las Vegas from Chicago almost 8 yeasr ago. Traditionally the vet was one of our least favorite excursions but Dr. Ziegler was so good with my son. She actually made him feel at ease and when he passed at the ripe ol' age of 16, the staff REALLY assisted me during one of the most difficult experiences with which I have ever dealt. Now I have Posa, my new papillon pup and am excited to reconnect with Dr. Ziegler and the Sahara Pine staff.

We have taken our dogs to Sahara Pines for several years and have found them to be caring and helpful. We lost our little buddy "PeeWee" last year, but through his short illness doctor Dan worked diligently and with great compassion to do all he could to save him. We believed through his efforts we had done the best we could for our pet. It is hard in this day and age to find people that care this much!!! I recommend them very highly...

If you are looking for a great vet, bring your pets here! I have lived in summerlin, north las vegas and now close to the strip, and I still drive across town to take my dogs there.

The doctors are great and very patient. My papillon Gizmo is very sassy and doesn't like everyone. She loves the doctor though! The second he comes in the room, her tail wags and he can pick her right up, which is odd because she doesn't let but a few people pick her up.

Their prices are very resonable if you don't have pet insurance. I feel like a lot of other vets rip you off and you wonder how they truely take care of your pets. This place is very fair and great with animals. I will never take my pets anywhere else!

Dr. Dan loves my crazy dog Annie. He is the only vet I can take her to. She 's not mean, just particular, big, and loud. He is accomedating of her issues He is good with the other animals and the have someone for rabbits and guinea pigs, too. Hope he doesn't retire until his kids are old enough to take over. Maybe he should specialize in crazy animals. If I ever move across town I will still drive, with a 100 pound dog on my lap, to his off.

PROS: quick to gety us into a room where Annie won't want to eat any other animal
CONS: No soft dog treat snausages, canine carryouts, etc

Dr. Ziegler is the best! She has always been very caring to my dog. He just loves her and she always makes him feel more comfortable about being there. The staff is great also. I would highly recommend this vet!

This animal hospital is so good with my kitty. She is so shy and doesn't like strangers, yet she was good over here. She had a nail problem and they were SO compassionate and kind. I would recommend them for anyone with any animal that needs special care. Outstanding!
