Sun Auto Svc

I'm amazed at the service level of the Sun Auto on West Trop. I arrived one morning after a mishap on my way to work. I was already late for an appointment and there employee, Christian amazed me by his actions. He understood my situation and went out of his way to get my vehicle looked at. It was just a simple repair but they could have charged me 3 times as much and I would have been happy. In today's world, especially in Vegas, its nice to see there are people out there who genuinely cared about my situation and took care of me. I will always be grateful. Thank You.

I took my car to Sun Auto last week and I have to say this was the most impressive automotive experience I've ever had. I had taken my vehicle to another place, one of those places that advertise a cheap oil change to get you in the door, for an oil change and they told me I needed brakes front and rear and rotors. I took it to Sun Auto and the manager Steven told me that my brake pads and rotors were fine. He could have very easily told me I needed brakes and I would have assumed I did just because the last place said I did. Its nice to see honesty and integrity still exist in this world today. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for honest car repair.

Perhaps I just had one bad experience but I used to go to sun auto all the time for my auto troubles and agreed with the other reviewers on their honesty and good work. A couple of months ago, i had a major problem with my car and everything was completely different. They seemed more interested in me using my maximum line of credit than they did in fixing my car.

Then, I found out, that what they said was wrong, was completely false. For me, I won't be going back there. Perhaps I just got a bad employee that time.

Very honest and reliable. Called when they promised to, and were accurate and fair with the estimate. I had some difficult repairs done timely and with quality with Sun Auto. They are also a member of the BBB. If you need a reliable company to work on your vehicle, and want the work done right the first time, this is the place to go.

i am soo used to these places telling me how i need a tune-up right after i've gotten one..or my transmission flushed..right after i've gotten one.. so i was really surprised when the only suggestion they made was a new air filter. honesty is scary at these types of places. i really thought they must have had sunstroke. decent price..quick service. freindly and honest.. wow.. it doesn;t seem possible

Very honest people, I fixed my brakes two weeks ago, they told me exactly how much it would cost and time of promise, overall, if you need to fix your car, go there.

The guys at Sun Auto Service are true professionals, as is evidenced by their inability to accommodate walk-in service. Most all service must be performed by appointment, due to demand, I assume. But, when you are able to have them service your vehicle, you understand why. Don't get me wrong, however, generally you can make an appointment within 24 hours and get it.
