Bad experience. The framing person seemed mentally unbalanced and cut a mat that was too big for my picture. Then later she tried to blame the big mat on me by saying that it was what I ordered. I asked about getting a new mat and she wanted to charge me again ($30) for her mistake. In the future, I will take my business elsewhere.

When I moved into my new apartment, I had a bunch of posters that I wanted to frame. I wasn't sure what I wanted and they recommended frames that looked good with each picture I had. Their turn around time was great and the quality was top notch. Will definitely use again.

You can't go wrong if you bought it at Aarons. Pricey, but the very best quality in art supplies and framing. I buy here for as often as need be and when I leave, I know I bought the best.
