I would never do business with this company again!! They lied to me about so many things while doing my pool, I am so disappointed !! I wish I has it to do over again.

You are right they are expensive and the designers don't take your input seriously. I mean come on. This is your project and your money. If you ask for something, put it in. The plants they chose are already dying. I researched a little and would not have picked them and even told them that. I wish someone had warned me not to go this route and get a sepperate landscape company. I am dissapointed because I am the one going to be paying the bill for something I didn't want. Also make sure that you get it in writing if they "say" they will "do" "ANYTHING" because like any company they will talk it up to make you happy and in the end forget they said it. Like they bulldoze a wall "That they did fix and sloppy" and flatten the surrounding area and forget that they said they would fix that landscaping and the sprinkler system that was damaged and now flooding because of the heavy equipment that came thru for excavation. They also said it shouldnt be a problem to put it all back together for us after like replacing plants etc. The landscaping on our contract says "Access Repair To be determined right at bottom with the cost." We took that as they would fix it. And we took the words of two Gentlemen as well. Well I guess not. Its left up to us now. They are slow and do not call you back in timely manner. For the most part the pool process has been okay. The landscaping a nightmare. Just FYI

Desert springs pools has done some beautiful backyards... but they are EXPENSIVE! if you have the money then go with them...but if you are like me, who would rather spend money on clothes, then why not build your own pool instead...i saved 50.000dollars!!
