LADIES BEWARE!!!!!!! As I was in the ladies room trying on a top, I looked up right over the door and saw a security camera that had a perfect shot into the ladies dressing rooms, I went right away to the front check out and asked for a manager, the regional manager was on property, I advised him of it and he said that it would be taken care of. This was 2 months ago, I went in there yesterday and it was still there. Yet there is no such camera in the mens changing areas. I will never shop there again and advise ALL ladies to find someplace where you are safe to shop!!!

Great selection of boots and western wear and good selection of general work wear. Why only 3 stars? Their salesmen work on commission. Think of them as used car salesmen dressed like cowboys. I understand everyone has to make a living, but these guys glom all over you the entire time you're in the store. I buy the same work boots every time I go there, I don't need their help, but they linger and harass to the point that I find it offensive. I just bought new boots there and as soon as I said "I don't need any help, I buy a pair of these same boots every year", the salesman who I had ignored as much as possible snatched them up and took them to the front to claim his commission. It's a store that I would like to hang around and browse their wares even after picking up those boots, but the sales people here are just so annoying that I buy my stuff and get out of these ASAP. I think it would be better for their business if they weren't on commission.

My in-laws used to buy ar lot of boots from Boot Barn Las Vegas. Last Christmas they bought my 7 year old son a pair of suade western boots that were defective. After a week the leather ripped - not at a seam. The manager of the store was very unprofessional (calling him a manager is a stretch - he obviously had no experience and was more like a clerk). He refused to even exchange the boots saying that my son had abused them. We will not deal with this store and you should steer clear. Sheplers is a better bet in Vegas.

I'm looking for a pair of Frye boots but sure won't even consider Boot Barn

PROS: selection
CONS: lousy customer support

We had to buy a pair of riding boots for my 12 year old daughter last year and I had no idea what we should be looking for other than the name brand that the riding instructor told us to get. The sales people were very helpful at Boot Barn. They spent lots of time helping us until we found just the right boot with enough room to grow so that we wouldn't have to buy another pair anytime soon. As far as prices, I think they are comprable with any of the other stores that sell name brand riding gear. We will definitely be back.

This is a nice place to shop for western apparel and boots. The prices are good by comparison. The selection of boots is nice and they have great sales when they have them. The nice thing about this business is they carry just about any color, style and size of boot. There is always employees there to assist and answer questions. This is probably one of the better western stores in Las Vegas.

True to its name, this store specializes in boots - from work boots to motorcycle and hiking boots to a great selection of well priced cowboy boots - in sizes for kids and adults. They also offer a small selection of western wear.

NFR is one of the event that brings in a lot of money for Las Vegas Businesses. During the NFR last year we had many cowboys stayed at my hotel and I knew that there would be people who want to get western apparel. From my past experiences, I knew exactly where to send them to. Just right down the street form the hotel, Boot Barn is one of the largest store for western wears. With the wide variety of clothes, hats, boots, and accessories. Everybody can find something there. I always have guests come back and tell me how good the store is, so that's why I always recommend people to go there.
