I've been to Belle's twice now - once for lunch and once for tea. The first time, Belle greeted us and told us to go select our hats from her hat collection! I felt like a kid! What a beautiful place this is. The ambiance is wonderful, the china is beautiful, food is outstanding, great prices, great selection for both lunch and tea. I will keep going back! I found Belle's location just great - it's on a street directly behind the mall - easy to find if you have a map- but within a neighborhood that adds to the beauty of this restaurant.
Belle even has wonderful outdoor seating and a party house just for kids!
Please be courteous to the other guests and call ahead and let them know if you are bringing children so they can set you up in a place comfortable for both you and your kids AND the other guests who go for business lunches or girls' days out!

PROS: Ambiance, service, food quality, everything!
CONS: None

My first introduction to Belle's was a business 'tea' with some colleages. the tea and the 'scones' were excellent. Service was friendly and attentive. Belle, herself, came over and introduced herself and asked if we were enjoying our visit.

Belle's is a bit more traditionally 'Victorian' than the other tea houses from the wallpaper, wainscoting to the lace curtains. The were preparing for holiday teas, and holiday open houses. Victorian Christmas ornaments and decor were beginning to emerge. There was plenty of parking, but the location was a bit hard to find the first trip there.

Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience.

PROS: Very authentic, yet relaxed. Good food, prices high, but reasonable.
CONS: Out of the way, difficult to find if not familiar with the city.
