Rebel Books

Across from the university, this is where any student with any sense buys their books. The prices are so much cheaper than UNLV and they are in great shape. The staff is helpful and they buy your books back for a lot more than the university.

The books are cheaper than UNLVs they have good customer service-except the time they said they'll hold my books but 1 hour later they lost the books- It's my preferred bookstore. Once a few years ago I needed a book they didn't have and a lady called other bookstores afterhours just to help and find the book. Because of her I'm a loyal customer.

Rebel Books is located right across from UNLV, competing with the campus book store. The prices are about the same, but one of the perks of Rebel Books is that they usually have more stock than the UNLV bookstore, and they will buy back books when the campus store wont.

They always have prices cheaper than UNLV. They have the same books and if you go with your class schedule they will help you get the books you need. They have sales all the time and even the UNLV gear is cheaper than at the campus bookstore. There is usually no line and its cleaner and way more organized!

It is located opposite from UNLV. They sell school needs, like book (used and new), UNLV stationeries (hat, folder, bagpack, pen, sweat shirt, etc). They buy back used books for a half price.

When I was in college, I bought my textbooks there. They got a lot of used books and it's cheaper than the book store inside the university. It's easy to find the book too because they divide them by subject.

Textbooks, scantrons, etc. here are usually cheaper than the ones sold at the campus bookstore. The UNLV apparel there arent the official licensed ones, but who cares, really? Also, if youre planning on selling your books right away not online, sell it here. They give you more money for your old book. If youre walking from campus and if youre going to use the crosswalk on Maryland, youd better be quick on your feet cause cars dont stop at pedestrians there.
