Carrabba's Italian Grill

I have been to this Carrabbas location many times with friends and family and every time, I enjoy myself. Their food is really good, definetly better than Olive Garden. They make their lasagna fresh everday and they only make so much, so if they sell out, that's its! It does get a little loud, but the staff is really cool and attentive. The wait is a little long, some nights, but they have this new "call ahead" where you call when you are on your way and they put your name on the waiting list!

There was nothing overly special about this restaurant. Nothing that would draw me back again and again. The food was average, the employees were average and the drinks were average. Carrabas gave me what any other ho hum Italian place could give me.

All our favorite mom and pop Italian restaurants seemed to have gone out of business. We never thought we'd like an Italian chain restaurants like Olive Garden, but we really love Carrabbas. There definitely is always a wait, though the Charleston location seems a little less busy than the Henderson one. The menu is not huge, but offers a good variety. The specials have always been really good. The restaurant is a bit loud, because it's pretty busy, but the staff is usually very friendly and prompt.
I don't know if it's still the case, but they used to not be open for lunch.
