First of all computer cut? Any place that does that doesn't have skilled enough workers to do the job properly with a razor just the way all tint is done, clear doesn?t know what they are doing. Never trust a shop that can't cut the tint without a computer. That's just funny. What if your car is a custom? Do they get stuck? LOL. All tint is cut with a razor buy skilled people that do this all the time. Look it up if you don't believe me.

I went in there to get an estimate on getting my girlfriends car re-tinted as the previous owner of the car was very careless, and the tint had minor scuffs.

This RIP OFF SHACK!! wanted $135 just to take the old tint off. That's $15/window and $75 for the rear glass!!!

Now onto the tint itself. This really made me laugh. They have these funny displays on the front desk that show the difference from the tint % scales out there. Nothing wrong with that, but bear with me...

The guy at the desk while pointing at the examples (and I don't remember the prices exactly as I was so shocked) said, 20..35..40..50 the darker the tint went!! I'm not kidding at all!! I have had every car I've owned tinted, and all the places I have had my car tinted NONE EVER, EVER charged more for darker tint than for lighter tint!

And the lifetime warranty BS. The film itself comes with a manufacturer?s warranty that's all. The metallic BS is what most tint shops use anyway, in fact, I haven't seen any that don't. This place makes it seem like they are the only ones in town.

Find a friend who has had their car tinted and ask them where they got it done!

Going to Tint World, you are being ripped off.

Tint, no matter how dark, should NEVER cost more then $150 and that's high. If they need to pull the old tint off, most places charge $10 per glass and you can often bargain with them and get everything done for $200 or less.

I called a "mobile detailer" that came to my house! Took the old tint off and put the new 5% on for $180.

Best tinting place I have ever seen, the people were nice the service was prompt and on top of that they did an excellent job on my car. The tint goes to the very top of the window and looks great. I plan on having all my future tint jobs done here. The counter person was great!

Wow, these folks know how to tint. They Computer Cut it and tint all the way up to the top edge of the window. My corvette now has the best tint in the club. No white in the dot matrix. I actually had one on my friends ask if I put in factory tinted glass. Keep it up Tint World. They have the cleanest retail shop I have ever been in, even my wife wouldn't be afraid to go there. They will treat you right, worth every cent in my opinion.
