Quality Escrow Services

we bougth are first home last nov and we used quality escrow it was also the first time that are loan officer used them to. they have no cule what is going on the did not pay the right bills that they need to pay then when we called them on it they tried to get out of paying saying that they did not collect enough money for us and paid to much to the seller and did not want topay what they need to pay my ? is how is it my fault that they worker can not do the math!! do not ever use them
