I'm not sure if other people represent other companies and want to deter people from calling Fair Price, but after doing my homework, Fair Price came in a good $400.00 below the next closest quote. Several of the Bigger companies were almost $1000.00 more and couldn't get me in for months. Then again, maybe it was the season. I called during the off seasons and got a fantastic rate!

My husband and I called many contractors to get a price on alumawood patio covers. A representative from Fair Price construction came to our home and gave us an estimate on a patio cover and concrete. The gentleman was very friendly and helpful in selecting items for the patio. We were considering going with his company until we saw the estimate. It was a good thousand dollars higher than any other bid we had received. We were a bit shocked since we were thinking we were going to get a fair price from Fair Price Construciton. I guess the name of the company does not guarantee anything!
