i've called every day for the last week and not one phone call/voice mail has been returned...

possible issues with their fax/phone numbers being listed incorrectly on documentation...

still no prescription authorization after a week...

i was once on hold for 30+ minutes... i've been hung up on twice... very poor customer service!

I have to agree that Dr. Rollins is the best around, good doctors are hard to find and when you do you will go anywhere they are. I just wanted to say that Dr Rollins is no longer with Sundance but if you would like to coninue to be his patient you can find him at Sahara Urgent Care, Family and Primary care 3013 W Sahara ave LV NV 89102 702-362-3322. My entire family and all my friends that have seen him have all transfered to this new office.

I have never been happier, or felt that a doctor cared as much as Dr. Daniel Rollins. I much to my dismay have had to see dozens of doctors in the Las Vegas and Henderson area. I can honestly say that no one has even come close to providing the quality care that Dr.Rollins has. He has my highest recommendation. Not only will you find a very educated physician but a real down to earth caring human being.

These doctors are the best I have ever been to. They always take great take of me and my husband everytime we go there. Both doctors are extremely thorough every visit, not just the first one. We have been patients there for over a year and a half. We love the nurses and staff also. They always answer our questions with accuracy. Plus the whole office has a smile for you every day!

My previous primary doctor just recently went to work in emergency department of a local hospital and that forced me to look for a new primary doctor. I was reccomended to try Dr. Justin Striblen at Sundance Medical Center by a friend. I'm very open-minded when it comes to trying out new stuffs. The first visit was great. They had everything ready for me and not many paperwork to fill out. My doctor was very nice and he answered all of the questions that I had. He shown concern and care for me. I went to work the next day and found out that a few of us at work are his patients and have great experiences with him.

Make sure if you go their you get it in writing what they say. I got ripped off royally!! I was told my insurance only paid for some not all and that they approved everything thru my insurance. 7 months later I got a big bill and found out from my insurance that the office never called to get approvals like I was told. Now I'm stuck with a big bill and no treatment.
