Came here with a group and dropped them off here just as quickly. Too loud for me, but the room full of video games, air hockey, and what not seemed fun. Just too crowded and loud for me. I went to the movie theater upstairs instead.

For a fun family time, bring your family here! Lots of video games available, from the classic machines to the new machines with motion. They also have a rock clinging wall available.

They have pretty good entertainment for $20.00 that gives you a few hours of fun. The games are pretty old and beat up. It's not as upbeat as it was in it's original days. Still a pretty fun place though.

It is like pulling teeth trying to find pool tables on the strip. GameWorks had a ton in their bar and on their game floor so I was a happy camper. Their pizzas were good, but their menu could have used more healthy options. Overall I was relieved to find the place and I'll go back when I'm in town.

I was visiting Las Vegas with a few friends and were staying in at the MGM next door to GameWorks. We slept in one day and after getting up decided to take a stroll down Las Vegas Blvd. in search of lunch. We walked past GameWorks and saw their open for lunch banner, so decided to give it a try. The food was incredible! I so didn't expect that from a place called GameWorks! I had their double decker burger and it was so big and juicy. It was a perfect combination of flavors. It was so big though that I couldn't finish it and didn't get the $10.00 game card card that they offer as a challenge for eatting the whole thing. The service was great. A manager even came by to see how everything was and introduce herself. We even took a couple hours and played some games too. There are a ton of games and we spend $27.00 for two hours of play and we still didn't get to everything. I would suggest making GameWorks a stop when visiting Las Vegas.

I had a blast when I went to GameWorks! Their lounge area reminded me of the ultra lounges I had been to nights before at the different casinos, but GameWorks didn?t have any lame cover charge. My friends and I grabbed some drinks up in their lounge, and then we headed downstairs to play all of the games. Without realizing it 4 hours had passed and the place was closing up. We lost track of time because there were a ridiculous amount of games to play. They even have the old school games I loved growing up. Drinks + Games = FUN.

Pros: A ton of games and cheap alcohol for the strip

Cons: Nasty bathrooms...hold it!

I've been to many arcades in Los Angeles and Las Vegas. Gameworks is fine, for an hour or so. Not much more. It's dark and sorta not so clean feeling inside. Not too many places for parents to sit, be comfortable and let their kids run around and spend their Vegas gambling money. GameWorks might get more visitors if they made it more parent-friendly--they've got enough game selections, but after all the casino walking--I'd gladly plunk down $50 to let my kid run amok here--but, where the heck do I sit? The restaurant is a 'gotta be starving or else" kind of selection. The only reason I'll trek down into the dark cavern is the Nascar life size cars, which sometimes the game isn't even manned for 30 minutes or more at at time. I believe you can still find giant Nascar racing over at the Luxor Hotel arcade too.

Pros: can't think of any really

Cons: dark, not very clean, no sofas or comfortable chairs for weary parents

This is a great place for your kids to come and enjoy a day filled with arcade games and climb the walls as well. The price is per day per person but worth it. Your child is safe and you don't have to worry about them while your playing the slot machines.

This is like no other aracade. Not only do they have games but also a rock wall. The whole family can enjoy themselves down under the streets of Vegas playing their hearts out. Worth the price to keep the kids happy.

I had to take care of 5 small cousins and my aunt recommended me to bring them to gameworks as there are not many things that children ages 8-13 can agreeed on except arcades. And I would have to say the money was well worth it. I spend $37 ($35 for all day pass and $2 for the card) for each person and we stayed there for a total of 7 hours. All 6 of us were hooked on playing Derby's Owner Club and we didn't want to leave the place for lunch. When we went back there, we have to wait for over an hour before someone left the game. The game is about breeding a horse and competing in races with other players. I recommend anybody going there to play this game! However its best to get the all day pass and spend a day playing it.

Gameworks is a great place for local teens to hang out. It offers rock climbing, arcade games and tons of other stuff. What makes it even better is tat it is near Coca-Cola World and the M&M Factory. All of these places are kid friendly and a nice change from the casinos. In my opinion it is a little pricey, but if you are on vacation it is worth the money.

If you're under 21 and want to do ANYTHING on the strip, you'll have difficulty...at least this is one place to hang out at. The games are all operated with card machines so you won't have to lug around a bunch fof coins. There is a great selection of games including games that are also motion rides. However, expect to pay $20+ to play a decent number of games. Buy packages by the hour to get the best deal. In addtion, a 60ft.+ rock wall sits right in the center of Gameworks for the daring. To avoid crowds, avoid the weekends, and beware if you're unde 18 -- they WILL card you after curfew on the Strip.

I took my brother here for his 7th birthday. His favorite game was a virtual reality one where you stood in a circle and your on screen character moved like you did. There were all kinds of games to choose from and we both had a great time. The downside is that it is pretty expensive, but its on the strip and thats why.

Gameworks is probably one of the funnest places on the strip for the people that are under 21. They have a ton of arcade games, they all kinds of different types of games. You can get some discounts at their website. Some of the times I have been there it has kinda been stinky in some spots.

It seems that every video game imaginable is represented at GameWorks. Where else can you take part of im air, land and sea battles as you climb into animated jet fighters and tanks. At GameWorks, you are able to create your own version of reality. But not all of the game are so high tech. The "old school" games of arcades are represented here as well, including Ms. Pac-Man. There are number of pinball machines, air hockey, mechanical-bull and other favorites. GameWorks also features a full-service restaurant with wide selection of dishes. Overall this is a good place to entertian the whole family.

Gameworks offers something for everyone. The prices are great, there is a bar and restaurant for the adults to "hang out" while the kids are playing and the management team takes care of you quickly if you have a problem. Say hi to Sean the bartender when you are there.

PROS: Location, price
CONS: None

This arcade has any type of game you could hope for. It's one of the few places on the Strip where kids can hang out and have fun. Ocassionally there is live music from local bands featured and it's usually free!

This place can get very expensive very fast. If you have several children it can get real expensive. I took my brother there and we bought a nighttime special for about $20. You get to play unlimited games for 2 hours. Was the only way to go and not spend a bundle.

Gameworks is located on the Las Vegas Strip and it has a ton of games to play and to have hours of fun. You can host parties here and eat here also in a great restuarant. They have a popular black light bowling here too that is fun for the kids and adults that like to bowl. Its neat to see and play with black lights.

This place is really fun. They have all kind of arcade game you can play. You can purchase a game card and can play any games (except for the one that you can win a prize) without having to pay again.for the limited amount of time. This process will save you a lot of money if you are a fast gamer. It's a really nice place. If you love chocolates, they have a M&M factory right there and a movie theater too.

If you are looking for a place to go just for the afternoon, with your kids, it might be a good deal. Their specialty is birthday parties. They have alot of games available, but the price per child is rather high. It gets very crowded and your child is easily seperated. The staff there was on all three occasions, very young and inexperienced. They actually have a minimum for the size of the party avaiable for their discounted rates. Very high prices, for a childs birthday party.
