This place is the worst extended stay ive ever been at in the whole u.s.. Ive had mail opened and retaped..ive had a tracked box by u.p.s. dissapear..the manager promised a long term lease rate so i spent some extra money thinking my rent would be down...then when i went to pay long term lease rate they said there wasent any available, which they didnt even mention there was a limit.. so ofcourse i was screwed from spending extra money that i thaught i had..then they acted like jerksd when i was running a little late due to there miss cuminication...and last but not least check out time is a 11. they have sent a maintance guy at 9 am .talking about locking me out if didnt pay..they couldnt even give a curtisy call..not to mention the rooms are nasty stained floors bunch of dark mis match depressing furniture..this is worst hotel ever!

I've stayed at both Las Vegas locations, and while I like this location (near the Rio Hotel) this property is not nearly as well maintained as the other on Boulder Hwy. The rooms are standard sized, and show a need for maintenance and repair. It can be hard to find parking late at night or on weekends.

Even with internet specials, if you are going for a week, then it's hard to beat Extended Stay's weekly rate. The rooms are good sized, and clean, though they show some wear. I can only imagine the volume of travelers they handle here. There is a coin laundry.

I've stayed at all their locations in Las Vegas. They are booked full on weekends and it can be noisey then. The rooms are good sized, and they have kitchens, so they are good for families or business travelers. I've always found the workers willing to help and friendly. You just can't beat the price for what you get.

I thought it was not that bad of a place to stay in for a short time. the Rooms were clean. The Pool was dirty & small. A little ways from the strip..
