Pecos-Russell Animal Hospital

Pecos Russell Animal Hospital is a great place to take your pets. It's a second home to my animals and I do feel very safe about taking them to this hospital. I have had a couple of preoblems, but they do fix them. Dr. P and Dr. Z are amazing doctors. That I would even trust with my life. SOmetimes Dr. P does make me feel like the under dog so many times. She made me not feel at easy sometimes. But now I can go out there and with confidence for another job. Thank you.

I completely disagree as well! Dr. Paetz has always been very caring patient with us with any questions we've had. We've been going there for over four years. We just recently added a new pup to our family, and the staff is always very courteous and accommodating. Dr. Z. is awesome too. I would recommend this animal hospital to anyone!

All the receptionists are nice and friendly, but Dr. Paetz is not. She is very phony. I don't like the way she treats her staff. She brings her dogs to work and expects the staff to take care of them. I heard her technicians are not licensed, which is illegal. Dr. Z. is very nice and caring, but that's not enough to keep me as a client.

i would just like to respond to anonymous from 3-17-07-- word for word -you sound just like a disgruntled ex-employee--just because you could not get along with your co-workers or boss is your problem. Dr.Paetz is not the person you make her out to be-she is NOT phony by any means of the word- she cares deeply about ALL the animals that come into her practice-and has a success rate of 100%-she also is very good to all of her employees--she expects all her employees to be kind ,underststanding and gentle to every pet that comes into her hospital-she expects her employees to be professional and educated on all matters of her clinic. the only way you would know how she treats her staff or what goes on in the clinic is if you worked there.i think its unfair of you to say what you have-it is a great place to work and great doctors that work there-and very ethical and legal-come in with your pets and experience the hospital for yourself...........................

I have been taking my dogs here for over two years. The veterinarians are great with them. I love the way they explain everything to me. I have never been unsatisfied with any of my visits. The nurses are great and they help you process all of the papers, and they also arrange for any tests that may be needed.

I consider Pecos Russell Animal Hospital the most upfront and Experienced establishment of it's kind.The staff seem's to know every pet that come's in there by name.There physicians are great at what they do and when it come's to cost's they are very upfront and actually very willing to work with you with several different payment plan's.
