I have taking my dog to groomers whom pretend to know what a Larbordoodle was. And the other groomer accidentally cut a chunk of hair off and claimed my dogs hair was thinning. Ever since Grooming by Darcy was recommended to me I've been VERY happy with my dog's grooming.

I dropped by dog off at 7:30 in the morning and they told me she would be ready between 10-11 then at 11:15 I called and they said another hour. I picked up my pup five hours after dropping her off. They left her retractable leash on the whole time which she ended up chewing so now I have to buy a new one. I have never seen my dog drink so much water as she did when she came home. The work looks good, and the price was cheap. Of course if you add the fact that now I have to buy a new leash so that makes the cheap price not worth it. I will never bring my dog back here. She does not need to sit in a cage with no water with her leash.

I have been taking my little mutt Moose to Darcy for two years. She is a maltese yorkie mix. I love how well they take care of her. She always looks and smells awesome after her grooming. Moose is usually very shy, but not when she goes to Darcy. Darcy and her crew are TERRIFIC. I drive 25 minutes to get there and it's worth it.Great prices . excellent service.I recommend them to all my friends.

Darcy is friendly, and very loving towards all the pets that enter her shop. I have been taking my babies to her for the past two years. She always greets my dogs and treats them like they are her own. My babies come home looking perfect, and always happy N healthy. I couldn't ask for a better place to take my girls.

A wonderful Aspen Syberian Husky has not been groomed for several months. With their heavy coat it would be impossible to see any trauma to the skin (possibly playing with the other dogs).

When Mrs. R called, I told her to take him to the vet, if it was due to my negelence I would pay the vet bill. Surprises me after eight years of taking care of all six of her dogs. She would now "fear my grooming skills". Funny isn't it there are no vet bills. It is always easy to blame someone else when you have neglected your dog.

I've been taking my dogs to this shop for years. My dogs are well taken care of, and I have always been happy with the service received. I would never take my dogs any where else.

I have an older chow mix that I have been bringing to Darcy's for years. I just brought her in recently to get her summer cut and I overheard Darcy saying something about how some lady left a bad review online and I just about flipped. My dog is very difficult to groom but I have never even had a scratch come back on her! They love her shy, sweet self. Also, if you read the card you signed (which I know you know what I'm talking about if you really are such a regular customer) if you take your dog to the vet and they determine it was the groomers fault Darcy & her groomers will pay your bill out of their own pockets, which is a lot more than I can say for most shops around town. If your dog was hurt maybe try getting it groomed more often, all that hair probably hid the neglect the dog was forced to live through.

We have been going to Darcy with 1-6 dogs for about 8 years. Until lately we have always had a positive experience. On April 28, 2009 after my dogs grooming I had to take her to the vet because of two wounds on her back and he found severe bruising or burning on her entire left side. I went to speak to Darcy about the situation, and she said that everything was fine while she personally groomed Aspen that day. No apologies! No questions regarding what the vet said! Only comment was, "I am sorry that you felt you had to take her to the vet." Now I fear for any of my loved pets, or those of anyone else going there.

We have been taking our Minature Schnauzer to Darcy for over a year now, and they do an awsome job on her every time. I have never had 1 problem, and they always make time even when I forget to schedule an appointment. Thanks Darcy.

I asked for my dog trimmed 1/4 in.he is a chow/golden mix. when i went to go pick him up my dog was shaved COMPLETELY.They had done a lion cut one him. in the beginning of WINTER.I spoke to the owner to try and come to a conclusion and all she wanted to do was argue instead of compromise and try and come to a solution to the problem. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORK

I have taken my cocker spaniel to the shop for years. All of the groomers are compassionate animal lovers. My dog is older and needs more careful attention and they give it freely. I highly recommend them.

I have taken my puppy, Butterscotch, to Darcy several times. I have been very impressed with the care they give him and they do a great job. I highly recommend this shop!!!

I have been bringing my 2 schnauzers to "Grooming by Darcy" for the past year and have been very pleased with the service. My babies always leave looking and smelling good. They are cheaper than most places too. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have been in business in the same neighborhood for over 25 years and that is unheard of in this town. There is a reason for that. I provide excellent, loving care for all of my "babies" when each of them come in to my shop, and so do all of my groomers who have been with me for years, too. I believe "Marielyn" is a disgruntled employee who was terminated in January, 2007.

Its a very busy shop and they never stop and give the dogs some love and affection, they get all traumatised and scared to go in there, and they'r work is NEVER perfect.... its up to you.

About 3 months ago I started bringing my dog to grooming by Darcy and thus far I have been very impressed. The hours are very convinient and they were actually cheaper then my previous dog groomer. All of the girls in the shop do a great job on my dog who has to be cut atleast once a month. They are very friendly and in an easy to find location.

I have a briard, you know the dog that looks stupid, and I got him groomed here once. He didn't look as stupid :(. I don't know if that's the fad. They did a pretty good job considering all the hair but I like my doggly to look stupid so I'm taking him to petsmart. Overall they do a clean job.

Grooming by Darcy is our choice for having our 2 shih tzus groomed. They do a wonderful job and our dogs are happy when they leave the shop. They seem to care about the dogs that are dropped off to be groomed! Their prices are reasonable.
