.

I had the following situation happen to me at this 7-11 location in Vegas. I have never had anything like this happen before and have never wrote a bad review about any business until today:

The pump was malfunctioning at this gas station. I pre-paid $45, and the first $27 that was pumped it kept making that clicking noise and stopping the flow. This happened every second or two. I grinding through the first $27, pump stopping and clicking constantly. after $27, it just won't pump anything anymore. I go in to get the balance of my $ back and just try another station later. When I asked for the money back, the manager said to me "Maybe you don't know how to pump gas" I told him I was 31, had done this successfully for the past 15 years, and his pump was malfunctioning. He angrily said "DO YOU WANT THE MONEY BACK OR NOT?" I told him if he stole from me I would call the police. He ended up refunding the money but this is NOT how you treat people, let alone a paying customer that has a problem with your pump. Further more I know this was the manager and not a counter employee because he was signing for an alcohol delivery and was handling a large amount of money behind the counter. I will be writing the franchisee and I encourage anyone reading this not to go here. Try the 7-11 at Jones and Spring mountain instead.

Pros: gas pumps usually work

Cons: angry, abusive manager, threatens customers
