Dr. Lingenfelter is a great doctor as long as your a straight to the point person. He is very confident and normally hits the problem on the dot. Dr. Works is a awesome Dr. as well. He has a great instinct and always seems to make me feel comforted when my dog is in his care. He can get a little touchy when it comes to aggressive breeds that haven't been kept under control but he always treats them unless the owner doesn't corroborate with curtain restraints that are required for an aggressive dog. Dr Errington is a fabulous feline Dr.! She will work with you no matter the unusual or other wise seemingly undiagnosable case. She and every other Dr. at this hospital has a true passion for animals. At the office the only thing you have to look past is the busyness! Sometimes it seem like there is a hand full of people in the lobby! The receptionist are normally very polite and approachable but i have personally seen them deal with some rather erratic customers which can lead them to be a bit grump afterwards. Besides anything anyone may say, if you give these Dr.s the chance to get one on one with you, you will find yourself a consistent customer! (To be honest the only complaint I have is the practice manager! Her name is Jennifer! She is a snobby women who is horrendous to deal with! I once snuck a peak in the back and saw her trying to extract blood from a dog! SHE IS NOT A LICENSE VETERINARY TECHNICIAN!! If you see her handling your cat or dog please call the veterinary board or better yet ask to see her lisence! She wont have one to show you! She is a terrible person who should never handle animals no less try and botch their medical care!

We left our dog there a year ago, when we attended my sons wedding out of state. We returned early from our trip, but arrived after they were closed for the night. That night, they forgot to lock my dogs kennel, and she escaped. They were alerted by alarms and video cameras and attempted to recapture her. She ran from them (so they said) although she was a very sweet dog, so I question why she would do that. ( I have serious suspicions, but since I have no proof, I will not write them here.) Since we were here, and they had 3 different phone #'s to contact us, there was not reason not to do so. We were required to leave numbers in case of an emergency. I believe this qualified as an emergency. We were NEVER contacted. When we went to pick her up the next morning. They took us aside, and quietly were told that she was gone, but they had alerted the shelters. I asked why we were never contacted, and they said it was policy to contact the owner of the kennel first because "he is the owner", but he had been unavailable. I said yes, but I am the owner of the dog. That made no difference. We searched town for 16 hours and could not find her. She had already been gone for over 12 hours when we found out. We received a call that night that she had been hit and killed by a car. We were devastated. When we went to talk to the owner, we were told it was her own fault! Please, if you love your dog, find somewhere else.
