I like what Best Buy sells, but whenever I call them, they don't answer. The phone just keeps ringing. Also, sometimes, I can't even talk to the people there because they're too busy.

Best Buy has the greatest selction of electronics, movies and hardware in Las Vegas. Their staff is very nice and knowledgable. Excellant customer service as well.

The Geek Squad operates out of Best Buy stores throughout the valley. You might see one in their decked out Volkswagon Bugs with a big Geek Squad sticker on the side.
They handle all kinds of computer repairs and specialize in getting spyware, viruses and other nasty things off your computer. They are incredibly a 24 hour service. They dress their Geek part and although they are very tounge in cheek, they're professional and very well trained.
They have a-la-cart pricing so you know what you're getting into before they come over. You can bring your pc to them if you're uncomfortable with someone coming out to your house.
PROS: Extremely knowledgeable and competent, plus house calls
CONS: None I can think of
