Well it started when the builder realized that we had not used a preferred lender. During or upgrading of the home had had signed an agreement to pay $XX amount by a specific date for a deposit on our upgrades. Well when we paid as agreed they advised us that there is more money required to complete the upgrade deposit. So apparently there had been a mistake with the amount required for a deposit. After realizing that the mistake was made they still required us to still come up with more money. We advised them that this would not be possible and that it was not what we agreed to. They advised me that they would have to see what they can do and they would contact me soon. I was not having it so I had to upstairs and complain and they agreed to not have me come up with more money.
