Best omelet's in Summerlin! The even have a "baby" size which is preferred unless you have a BIG appetite. Huge menu with great prices. Come early because it get's crowed fast!

We love going on the weekend for breakfast. Their breakfast potatoes are like potato chips, but not crispy. I also lover their chocolate chip pancakes. They have coupons in the Entertainment Book.

PROS: good food
CONS: Only open until 3:00
