The immense level of incompetence and lack of customer service is astounding. If you are military looking at wanting to register out of state DO NOT purchase from this dealer or you will end up spending thousands of dollars for a paper weight. Ive been in the military 11 years and have 5 children. The salesman was great and very accomodating to what we were looking for and is also the only one that cared enough to return a phone call. After the sale left his hands it turned to garbage. With being military I was registering my vehicle through Alaska which I have done with all of my vehicles as it is my home of record and this was never an issue at other dealers. With the finance manager saying he was raised out of Anchorage I believed this wouldnt be any issue at all. Two days later I received a call that they screwed up some paperwork and I had to come back in. This was the last and only call I was to receive. I had to go back in 8 different times since no one from the finance manger to the general manager or the title and registration department has the ability, or just refuses to return a phone call. If you had the luck to get them on the phone, which I tried multiple times daily, they would say they would find out and call back but of course would not. It took them almost 4 weeks to send off the title to the DMV. This was after 2 weeks when I found out they still hadnt sent it because my drive away permit expired. Then I had to give them step by step instructions on their job, which they failed at. After over 3 weeks and multiple visits I found out that they still hadnt sent it because no one called to tell me I had to now pay registration fees on top of the other. By the time they got it sent off, my temp tag ran up and they told me there was nothing they would do about it and the finance manager told me it was my fault for being in the military and registering out of state. I then found out when the DMV called that the inept title and registration person sent it to the wrong DMV instead of the one I specifically told them to send it to. I now have a brand new car in the drive way that cant be used for 2 weeks and 5 kids that need to get around and no way to get to work. To think if they had any customer relations and didnt just get the sale and hang you out to dry, then they would have called me after the first week and this wouldnt have been an issue instead of me finding out because I couldnt drive my car.

Findlay Kia is a USAA recommended dealer. Which being a USAA member I decided to try them out after going to 2 other Kia dealerships. Before test driving the car, the salesman LOST a key to the car so he had to use the spare. I test

This would be my third time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership in Las Vegas, but it wasn't. Findlay Kia is the MOST improper ghetto car dealership I have ever delt with before. They dick you around and then to top it off the managers hang up on you. I would definitely not waste your time at this dealership!

Before I say anything, I would like to point out that I have never written a reveiw for anyone in my 40 years of living. That being said I would like to commend Saturn of West Sahara for their outstanding service. I was shopping for a new sedan when a freind of mine suggested that I look at the Saturn Aura. I was working with a salesman by the name of Jared Price in their Internet Department. My job is very time consuming and I have very little patience to spend 3-4 hours at a car dealer. Jared came to my work and let me test drive it and when it was time to do all the paperwork he had the car ready and I was out in less than 45 minutes. That's less than an hour at the dealer!!!!! By the way the Aura is nicer than my Toyota Avalon that I traded in and was $10,000 less.

I just bought my 1st Saturn the other day from Mike Feeney he was a doll. I am a single mom of 3 and had my hands full when I came in and saw Mike. He help me put the car seats in and answered all of my questions. Made me feel like a person and not like trash.

I just bought my 5th Saturn. I have a bright yellow 2001 SC2, and Saturn people know that's pretty lucky since only 3000 were made. My other SC2 got wrecked, so I decided on an Ion3 sedan. To save $$, Jared Price found a 2006 with only 3200 miles. I asked about a Carfax, and he said he just got it trade when the owner traded up for a Vue. OK, we took it. No Carfax. I have two rules if I purchase a used car, NO rentals NO obvious repos! We went home, Carfaxed it, turns out it was sold at the auto acution 6 weeks ago. Also, I found all the original owners paperwork, collection notices, utility disconecct notices,etc. in the glovebox. This is an obvious repo. Jared outright lied to us!! I would not have taken the car. I sent email to Saturn and will speak with his boss tomorrow. I am thoroughly disgusted with them. Saturn used to be the one place you could trust that you would be treated fairly. Everyone overpaid the same, but you didn't feel singled out . I guess I might as well start buying Fords!

PROS: at this point - none
CONS: less than honest sales people

After a drive from NY to Vegas, we brought our car to Saturn of West Sahara for a look at a fuel pump problem. They told us it had to be replaced and that it was covered by Saturn warranty. They told me my car would be ready for me to pick up Monday morning. Great, no problem! When I went to get my car, it was taking a very long time for them to bring the car up front. On employee came and asked me if there was a trick to starting my car because it wont start. Funny, it was starting fine when I dropped it off. They bring me to my car. I get in and disover that the lights were in the on position. The guy there said that they finished the repair on my car when it was dark out and they guy must have forgotten to turn off the lights. My battery was dead. It was deader than dead. It wouldn't even take a charge. They didn't charge me the labor on the changing of the battery which doesn't take much at all anways but they did charge for the barttery.

PROS: Safe cars.
CONS: Service Department.

We picked out our car, signed the paperwork, and then, something happened. We aren't sure what, but we were left sitting there for hours. My family has purchased our last two Saturns here and have our vehicles regularly serviced there as well. The service facility is very clean and inviting and the service staff is prompt to greet you, prompt to service your vehicle and honest in repairs.

My sister and I went out to test drive some cars so we can find one we like. We came to this place and off the bat friendly, not pushy customer service. We told our sales rep right off the bad what we are looking for and that we are just basicly here to test drive our options. He smiled and gave us no problem. He even rushed to grab the keys to tour us through the lot. He took us for test drives and answered every question we had. The best part was that he knew that we where not there to buy at the time and they help my sister finely decide after owning 4 jetas adn another car, that the jeta was for her. They were even going out of their way to get one from another lot so she can come back to see it another day. But the best part for me was that they let me drive the truck that I have wanted for a long time. vurooom vurooom Hemi! And gave me a great dreal when I return when I am buying. They went beyond the call of dooty knowing we were not there to buy. I am so going back when I am ready to buy. I would say, go check it out for yourself. Even the place was sparkling clean after it had just rained. :)
