Sunridge Animal Hospital

When you move out of the area to central Arizona, but you seriously consider bringing your pets back for Randy's touch, you know the relationship between you and your Vet is invalueable. A good friend of mine Terri, who was a customer of Sunridge Animal Hospital, recently considered making the trip back when faced with her pets illness. With a town full of fly-by-night businesses, thank God I have Sunridge in my neighborhood for my pets. Keep up the good work and don't let the poor work force here in Vegas get you down. Coming from a local business owner with high standards, it nearly impossible to find good help. Glad I have a good Vet!!! Scott!

Never work for this company, Your over worked and under paid . You will constantly be bending over backwards for every one since you will be the only competent on there. And the first time you cant be everything to everyone they will fire you and hold your check hostage. The front desk staff sucks and half of treatment are drunk, drug addicts, Kennel is really the only ones who care besides the doctors, they are good at what they do.

Randy is a true animal Dr. We have followed him from when he was at Trop, and continue to bring our cats to Sunridge because of him and his staff. Since we live in Summerlin and we have many local vets we chose to take the drive and time because of him. As for ShellyH and her 1 star if you did pay they always give you a copy what is so hard to show that to them or did you say I'll pay later bill me. Randy is far and away the best we have had to care for our cats he aways has time and will call back if you have concerns.

Dr. Cebaillos and his staff are exceptional. I have had both horses and dogs all my life. I have dealt with dozens of vets over the years. Only a few are exceptional.Vet service: My dog has had several surgeries and teeth cleanings and come out beautifully. Outstanding care!Kennel service: My sensitive dog always comes home normal. Excellent care!We are looking forward to adding a snake to our family which, too, will be cared for by Dr. Cebaillos.

I have taken my dogs, Max Devo, and Rocky to Tawny. She treats me with respect when I come in for visits by taking time to answer all my questions. I can tell that she really cares for my pets. Lisa Seering

While they are nice vets, and they took care of my dog., the high
school girls at the front desk have got to go. They need to hire
some preofessional people who know how to deal with financial
transactions. We always pay in full for the care, yet the kids have
failed to post the payments. Now I am going to wind up paying
double for something. They even had the NERVE to ask me
to bring in bank statements.

PROS: Good Vets
CONS: Extremely poor bookeeping. Staff in front inexperienced.

I moved to Las Vegas in 2003, and tried very hard to find a vet that I liked. (I used to work as a vet tech in Arizona and was very spoiled!) A friend of mine recommended Sunridge, as she said they went above and beyond in the care of her ailing cat, who ultimately had to be put down. I got to see Dr. Schlesener and Dr. Hamilton, though I saw Dr. Schlesener more as it worked better with my schedule. Both are amazing. Dr. Schlesener especially treated my dog better than I could have hoped for...letting him sit with her in her office while waiting for his dental (he is very small and mild mannered; an older dog-). When the neurologist recently diagnosed him with meningitis she looked like she was going to cry with me!!!! This is a clinic and staff with heart and soul.

PROS: Truly caring vet, large staff, flexible.
CONS: None.....

Dr. Randy Ceballos is the best vet on the PLANET! He has taken care of all of our snakes, cats, dogs, turtles, and everything else that has come our way. He is a truely caring vet, he has even been known to stay the night with our Begal when he was sick! What an incrediable place, great people, lots of caring animal lovers!

I take all of my pets here and have for more than 3 years now. They delivered my chihuahua puppies in an emergency c-section and everyone turned out healthy and happy. I was surprised how low the cost was for all of this too.

We've been going to Sunridge the last couple of years and I think they're great. They always answer my questions as odd as they might be, without making me feel like a hypochondriac! I also appreciate that even if I just take one cat in they inquire about the other to see that they're doing ok, too. I must admit that we miss Dr. Shannon Sierra (he was our favorite), but all of the others have been just as great.

Every time i visit there is never a wait, it is always clean , everyone is friendly, and best of all they have very good rates on vaccinations and spay/neuter procedures.

The staff and doctors are great. Very nice atmosphere. Are reasonably priced. They explain everything very well and greet you and your pet with excitement.

I have been taking my dog to Dr. Ceballos almost as long as sunridge has been open. What can say about this hospital. It is spotless clean! The staff at the desk are wonderful, polite, never understaffed, making you wait without being acknowledged. This is important! All the Doctors here are caring, they always greet and play with my dogs. They always take the time to explain procedures and care. they are truely a fine hospital with fine staff! They are honest ( I never see extra charges on my bill) and fair! My dogs love to go to the VET!

Randy Ceballos is the best Vet ever. He puts in extra hours for a sick pet and gives you the time it takes to know your pet. I have two dogs that have been cared for by Randy and when I tell them they are going to see him they get very excited and I think they actually understand.

They offer a 10 pct. discount for seniors and have a wonderful staff who seem always to show that they love taking care of my dogs when they come to visit. I have met other people who are also customers of Sunridge and have heard wonderful stories about how devoted they are to the proper care of animals and I have boarded my dogs for the day or for several days and they are always properly taken care of. One needs special foods and medications and I'm comfortable leaving her in their care.

PROS: They are open 24 hours (extra cost after regular closing)
CONS: There are no cons I can think of.
