Vons

My shopping experience at Vons at Rolling Hill Estates, CA had generally been very bad. The cashiers are not helpful or friendly. Recently, a manager was asked to help when we were overcharged for an item and he got all upset when I should be the one to be upset as I was waiting patiently for about 10 minutes for them to verify the price even though I told the cashier the price was wrong when she keyed it in. I decided to return the item on the spot as I can buy it from elsewhere when the manager wants to reverify the price - I don't know if he don't trust his staff or he has too much free time.

Now I shop at other supermarkets even though Vons is the most convenient for me.

Vons is horrible for customer service. Being an past employee of a grocery store might make it worse. I know what the service for us customers should be and you DON"T get it there!! The first couple of times I went I tried to forget about my past problems with this store, but every time some thing happened!! I won't be shopping there any more!!

vons has good food and a great bakery,but the prices are going up every day over here!!why does this need to happen?it is as bad as the gas!you can see the change daily,up up and higher!some specials are not really a special.esp compared to even the same product at the 99 cents store!!roll back your prices,you are loosing business!!

It is realy hard to rate one grocery chain against another because they change dramatically regionally. This chain, though, is consistant throughout the Western United States.

This is your average grocery store. The prices were somewhat high. The products tasted alright, nothing more. The service was the best thing about this store.

Von's seem to have the jump on Albertson's as far as produce is concerned, Von's is really beautiful and well desplayed, rest of store is above par, A1

I love to go to an old fashion grocery store, where everyone greets you and asks you if you need help. When you are through getting your groceries , you can always expect to get help to your car. This is a great store and so are all the other ones.

This store offer a variety of foods and other accessories. You can go to the store itself or order online and they'll deliver it to your house for free. The foods are healthy and fresh. They have a 24 hrs photo, some slot machine, and starbucks. They usually have specicial promotion that give discounts or award prizes to members.
