Mon Bel Ami

I had nothing but problems with Mon Bel Ami. They were very rude and once they had our money they had no care for us. They didn't up hold there part of the contract and once we were at there location they could care less about us. I am going to renew my vows on my one year anniversary because, I remember them and there bad customer service every time I think of my wedding day. I am so upset and I am so hurt. I would never tell anyone to get married there. Also, they have a dirty and empty lot right next door for your guest to view. The Champagne was non-alcoholic and that is not stated in the contract. They were the least empathic people I have every dealt with and while you are having your outside reception they will sit on the side of the building and smoke cigarettes. They were trash and I will report them to the Better Business Bureau and make sure I get the word out. DONT GET MARRIED THERE. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!

i love my hubby and where i married him. the photographer did an excellent job plus i loved my minister. The whole wedding was sorta of boring because it was veges a tourist town not recommended for a romantic day that you can call all you own but my wedding chapel was pretty i love Tuscany so if you love Tuscany then this is the place for you. Its the best well kept chapel i saw on the strip they do take pride in their chapel but yes if you did not read the website carefully be prepared for unexpected fees. Your in vegas remember that not an at home feel with a flowery reception afterwards. the owner said i had pretty figure and said she thought my dress was so pretty. it was nice. i would pick that chapel again in a heart beat. i wish i had a better plan with the aftermath. if your in town take a look at the strips other chapels this is indeed the prettiest with grass thats clean and well cut, everything. it's pretty. all the other chapels look a little run down so do this one. you won't regret this one i assure you but read their web site carefully. Yes pictures are spendy but it's las vegas and a photographer in your area may run anywhere from 1200 to 2,000 for the wedding not including them to be devleoped. no one better lie about it my sister paid 1200 dollars for amaetures. they worked out a decent deal with us but i heard las veags plans to double everything april,1 the bottle of bud light that cost 8 bucks with tip now doubles in cost geeze i dont plan to go back for a real long time.

This is the absolute worse place to get married. My cousin was getting married and I was in the wedding party. Smack dab in the middle of he ceremony, this old lady burst into the middle of the chapel and begins to yell "turn off those cameras". she yelled at another one of my relatives to sit back down. This is right in the middle of the ceremony. We waited until after the ceremony to confront this lady. We apologized for the cameras as we were not informed that cameras were not allowed during the ceremony and we took full responsibility for our error. Our point was that if we did make an make an error, she should have waited until after the ceremony and pulled one of us aside and advised us, not burst into the middle of the ceremony and begin yelling to turn our cameras off. She refused to take any responsibility for ruining my cousin's wedding. Furthermore, she insulted us and made racial slurs and called the police on us because we demanded an apology and our money back.
It is my advise that NO ONE patronize this business as these people do not realize the value of a customer and do not know how to conduct themselves in a classy or professional manner. The better business bureau has numerous complaints about this business and the owner simply does not care.
You are taking a big risk by patronizing this place on what should be one of the happiest days of your life. It is simply not worth the risk. The one star is because I am an American and I do believe in capitalism no matter how worthless a business is.

We were married at Mon Bel Ami Wedding Chapel on June 2, 2007. The chapel is very nice, the people who there are money hungry. We had the Elvis wedding package. Eddie as Elvis was terrific. I highly recommend him. Here are some things the chapel does not tell. You have to grease the minister and the photographer and Elvis. Elvis is worth it. The other 2 are not. Here is where things went bad. You can not take pictures on the property. After the service they take you to a small room. Turn off the lights and show you your pictures. Although the pictures are very nice, they first wanted $1000 for all 100 pictures. ARE YOU SERIOUS? NO WAY!!!! Then we were told by Linda she could give all our pictures for $600. Again ARE YOU FREAKING SERIOUS? THAT'S OUTRAGEOUS. Then Linda asked what we would be willing to spend. We said $200. Linda said she could give us 10 pictures mind you 10 pictures for $250. We still thought that was outrageous but we were running late for dinner plans and settled. I wanted to cry right then and there. I couldn't believe we paid for 10 pictures at $250. I can't believe MON BEL AMI wedding Chapel would do that to a couple on their wedding day. What a bad omen. I am still so upset at this cost. Plus Linda is not a computer person and lost the pictures we did choose. We had to go through all 100 pictures all over again and try and remember what we picked which made us late for our dinner plans and made Elvis late to his next appointment. We were disappointed that we did not get to spend more time with Elvis and take our own pictures because Linda took too much of our time by losing our pictures. Should you decide to use this chapel be for warned they will get all you money for photos. It's not worth it. Go somewhere else.

Got married 2 months ago, they promissed to have edited wedding pictures in a month and it's been 2 months and after many calls still haven't gotten pictures.

Also first they quoted us an ourrageious $1500 for pics, we said we couldn't afford it then they came down to $1000 which we agreed to. However 3 cd's of pictures are yet still to be received. We got 1 unedited CD with all pics and also cd of wedding which sadly we forgot at the hotel, they said they would reproduce one for us but still waiting.

Other than that chapel, traditional service, how they coordinated the service, no complaints! Really liked it. Just dislike how long it's taken to get a response on our pictures which were paid for!

I got married here almost a year ago. The place is very nice, the staff was great. The parking SUCKS! The only bad thing is they wont let you take your own pictures inside the chapel. To get the pictures they take you would pay alot to get them. I dont think I would refer them.
