Autozone

I'm reviewing the Autozone on Cheyenne and Rainbow in the Walmart shopping center. The customer service is horrible, the people who work there are rude EVERY time that I've ever been in there. I once asked the clerk if he could check my battery, and this guy hooks up the machine and tells me that my battery is fine. Two days later it died, I brought it to my respected auto mechanic, and they said the battery was operating at less-than-minimal capacity. I trust my mechanic because they are a major dealer and showed me the computer printout. This autozone sucks, go to another one or just go to Checker on Smoke Ranch and Torrey Pines...at least they're halfway nice.

I have used this business many times and have always had excellent service. One gentleman even changed the connections for may battery and wouldn't event take a tip. I have purchased many items from this store and have always had good service and parts.

PROS: Excellent service
CONS: Parking is a pain
