My hubby loves golf and was having a hard time with his putting. We went here and it really helped him get a Grip on it. (no pun intended!) The creativity in the surroundings and the angels is so much fun We forgot we went there for him to practice!

what a unique experience! After being in Vegas for a week, I realized that my kids were not having much fun, so I decided to visit this golf course. The $6 price was by far the best value, I got to spend about 45 minutes of quality fun time with my family. The pirate theming flows well and the layout was very friendly. The attendant was very friendly and the roller coaster going through it was very different. Definetely worth the money and time, KUDOS to Pike's Pass!!!

I took my family from out of town. Everyone was able to play and we had a fantastic time. My little brother stevie got his first hole-in-one. The price is six dollars for 18 holes but we went to the gift shop and got a coupon book that had two-for-one coupons in it. The course is pirate themed with a looping roller coaster running through it. It takes about 45 minutes to play. The course is located inside the Adventuredome at Circus Circus, there is loads more to do before and after you play. For the money it was an excellent deal our whole family had a ball!!

Pros: Setting was cool

Cons: A lot going on around you

I've worked for several years at a mini-golf course and I have to say that this place was one of the worst I've ever visited. Mini-Golf at Pike's Pass was somewhere around 6 bucks a person at the time of this review. The greens were dirty and poorly maintained. The greens had rolls in them that weren't a part of the original designs. Each was small and the areas could become quite crowded with other people in play. The design of the area wasn't great either: often times, a poor shot would result in having to putt from uneven ground o or off the course because there isn't enough room on the green to set up comfortably. Don't bother with this course. It's not worth the time or money.

Yes, the setting is really cool with the jungle and trees. And it makes for a much more comfortable climate in the desert heat, but minature golf courses are supposed to be for family fun and the kids just will not be able to complete this course. We took the kids and they were so excited, but the price was really high and then the kids had such a hard time with most of the holes and people are waiting and that makes you really nervous. We ended up leaving half way through and the kids were really upset. The people gathered behind were all older and you could tell they were mad at us.
There are a couple of other great courses in town for families and they are a lot cheaper. This is probably great for 20 year olds on a date, but not for families. If your visiting LV with the kids, there are so many other places to enjoy, a lot that are free.

Pikes Pass is quite different than many other Courses I have been to . You step onto the first tee, and realize that youre heading into a jungle-type setting!

The first hole, like every course, is the standard straight-in shot. The next holes, unlike a few courses, are not variations on that, but creative holes. Of course, the entire course is safari-themed, so you could be putting in a birdie with a giraffe watching over you. The holes are just difficult enough that you have fun, but just easy enough that you dont get frustrated. There are a few gazebos along the way, though when I visited in April, there were a few bees hanging around them. You can choose to take the path around the gazebo and away from the bees, however.

The only gripe I had about the course was that it was a little too popular, and you might have to wait for two or three groups to go through a hole before you get a shot. You can study what does and doesnt work, however.

On one of the holes, there is a little dropoff, and you have to be careful, because if you hit it too lightly, you will land in the narrow stream that runs next to the dropoff.

The 18th hole at many courses is hard and long, and Pikes is no exception. This 18th hole is a three-tiered green. Tricky, but you can probably 4-putt the hole, which is about what the par is for the hole.

Overall, Pikes Pass is an excellent course to visit, and will provide loads of fun. If you have never been here, you dont know what youre missing..
