I have been in here a few times and must agree with the other posts, They are very rude there. Every time I have been in there with questions they have made me feel like I was stupid. They need to learn some customer service skills. I would rather buy my supplies from Wal-mart then go in there again. Leslies is where I go now, and customer service is not foreign to their employees.

This store is a ripoff. They wanted to charge me $40.00 for a motor capacitor that was $12.00 or less at 5 different places around town. Then I decided to try them one last time for convenience. Now the wanted me to pay $32.00 for a simple plastic handle for a Jandy pool valve.I said NO and went home to find it online for $9.88 with free shipping. Part was here in 2 days.
Never ever again. Save yourself lots of money and buy ANYWHERE else. Skip this place if you can and save. 3/19/2013.

Don't give all the NPS stores a bad rap because of 1 with terrible service. I've been doing business with the Centennial store for over 3 years and have ALWAYS been treated very well.. the staff is very friendly and helpful.... always

I came from the upper midwest 8 years ago and worked as a highway painter across the country. Las Vegas has hands down the worst customer service of any city I have ever been in. So Sad but So True! Any business owner that figures this out should do quite well here.

I called the NPS location on West Sahara and Ft. Apache. I spoke to Jim who was extremely rude and disrespectful. I told him what was going on and he said it ??wasn??t his problem? because I bought a heater not a pump. I tried to explain that I was looking for assistance in getting the pump started and I thought it was coincidence that the pump worked fine until his NSP installers came and installed the heater. He started talking very sarcastic saying it wasn??t their problem. I asked to speak to someone else because I didn??t appreciate his sarcastic and disrespectful tone. Jim refused to get someone else on the line. He began talking to his co-worker about how ??stupid? I was saying that ??this lady? on the phone is ??ridiculous?. I was shocked as I was being treated so poorly after spending over $2,300 in his store. I have never felt so disrespected by a company??s employee in my life. I asked to speak to his manager and he stated he was the ??manager on duty?. He put me on hold and came back to the line stating that he had called corporate and they said it wasn??t their problem either. I found out later than he never called corporate.

Until, one of the saleman misinformed a client of what she was buying, then tried to return the product for just a store credit. The "manager" said it was opened and would do nothing and down talked our company to the client. He was very rude when i was inquiring why she couldnt even get credit. I have worked in retail i nthe past and know you can "mark out" a product to satisfy a customer. She wasn't even asking for her money back, just credit to get something else. I was polite and kept a professional tone even though i was not on the clock and he kept cutting me off and changing his story. They are very rude and have no customer service skills. You not only lost a customer but a professional courtesy.
