Purchased custom furn. in Jan. 06 and it is now Aug.06 and it got fixed Friday by the guy that was supposed to be cleaning the furniture.our theatre seating pull cord broke and a cup-holder in the arm rest(originally made and delivered incorrect)was bent. My table cover has plastic pieces supposed to hold the 3 pieces together, they don't.Spoke with Margaret in customer service offered us $$ and we said yes, but when is our stuff to be fixed???Still waiting!!!!!!!!! No one there seems to know ANYTHING. and they don't call you back!-EVER!!!

PROS: nice furniture
CONS: horrible customer service staff.

I ordered 2 chairs and a very simple couch (nothing custom) would be here in 30 days or less, "most likely less." That part of the experience was trying as the staff is totally untrained. The end of March, no one contacted me, I called. I was told someone would call back. No one did. Called again 3 times. Given the run around, told the couch would be in "next week." Today is April 25, I have been given every excuse as to why the couch is still not here- two months after ordering it. Everyday we call and we are told "will be in tomorrow." Called today, after three calls, young clerk told me the factory had to "close down because of two deaths" and she would call again tomorrow. I requested cancellation for the couch, she refused noting the faded fine print on the back of the receipt. I am beginning to find this company very suspect for fraudulent business practices. Legal action to ensue. Beware!

CONS: Beware questionable business practices orders not fulfilled 30 days

I found my experience to be not horrible. As I went into the store, my cell phone rang, and no one bothered me until I finished my call (which I apprciated). Once I finished my call, I wasn't hounded by every salesperson in the store, but it almost took an act of congress to get help. The selection wasn't bad either. The one thing that I didn't like is the fact that, because they are newer to the area, the sales reps weren't very knowledgable about their products. I may do business with them because I like the product, and not because I was sold on anything the sales reps had to say. If they had a little more knowledge and training, I would have been a little more satisfied. Again, it wasn't a horrible exprerience, but it could have been a LOT better.

CONS: Untrained sales force.
