Westcliff Medical and Dental Center

After my experience I am convinced the people listed who gave Dr. Most a positive review work for him. I walked in for a cleaning, with no pain in my mouth at all, simply maintenance work needed. I walked away 6 weeks later, with my annual insurances maxed out, over a grand taken from my wallet, in severe pain, and with unfinished ( I am still convinced) unnecessary dental work. After having called his staff to cancel all future appointments and to request copies of all bill to match up to my claims, I was hung up on, and received a letter from Dr. Most telling me to find another dentist. This guy is a sales man, from the glossy marketing materials, to the fancy summerlin office, that is all he is, he is a sales man, he doesn't care at all about his patience, their health or comfort.

I have seen the reviews and they could not be anymore wrong about Dr. Most, but the staff is kind of lacking in any intelligence when you really need them. I have been going to the dentistry since I was a kid. I had been going the previous dentist Dr. Sheen before Dr. Most and I would way rather have Dr. Most then Dr. Sheen. I think Sheen was horrible and did some really pointless and costly procedures. Dr. Most makes me feel really comfortable and seems very knowledgeable. the previous reviews obviously are use to Dr. Sheen that they completely dismissed Dr. Most and marked him as unprofessional or lack there ever. Sweet guy and has gotten me out of jams and pain!

When this dental practice was sold, I was concerned that I would not like the dentist as well as I did the original Dr. Sheen. After meeting Dr. Most (he cleaned my teeth when his hygenist was unavailable) however, my doubts were assuaged. I liked him very much. The staff is mostly the same with the change-over, and I have always had friendly and comptent help from them. I also had the experience of visiting a specialist for a particular problem with my mouth, and that office staff went out of their way to mention how much they liked Dr. Most and all the staff of Westcliff Dental.

And recently, he gave a second opinion for my elderly father on a same day basis, when another dentist wanted to extract two molars without trying to save the teeth. It seemed to me that the other dentist had not really tried to find the real reason for the problem. Dr. Most did, and it looks promising that the teeth can be saved. He was super nice to my father, and did not gouge him with charges.

Dr. Eunsook Sheen was the principal dentist at this facility, and my husband and I loved her. She was a good dentist, friendly and kind. She left for personal reasons, and Dr. Most took over. Since then both my husband and I loathe having to go to the dentist. We not only do not like Dr. Most, but also hate the fact that everything that is done at their offices now is with financial gain in sight. We are looking for another dentist!

I HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AT THE WESTCLIFF DENTAL CENTER. THE DENTIST WAS CALLED DR. MOST FOR SHORT. HE WAS A TERRIBLE DENTIST WHO CAUSED ME TO LOOSE A TOOTH AFTER I WENT THROUGH A ROOT CANAL AND PAID FOR A CROWN. MY TOOTH WAS STILL CAUSING ME A LOT PAIN AND I TOL;D HIM THAT HE COULD
NOT EXPECT ME TO WEAR THE CROWN. HE ENDED UP THROWING THE CROWN AWAY,AND PULLING MY TOOTH. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST TO MY WORST ENEMY.
