Annas Linens

I was in the one in North Carolina, I believe it was the Concord, NC store, near a Longhorn steakhouse where we had stopped to eat. The store was very neat, the employees are crazy in a good way, i had one of the best shopping experiences in there with that staff that I have ever had before! i loved their curtain department, yes department, not just a aisle like at wally world or Target! the bedding selection beats all I have ever seen, especially in choices and prices! I hope to stop in again when I am traveling 85 in their neck of the woods.

Heard all the advertisements about this store. Went and bought items. Was told that I could return items with a full refund if returned with a receipt. Went back with the receipt, the ink had faded. Was told since the date could not be proved that I could exchange the items for a lessor price than what I paid. I only asked for an exchange, not a refund. I will not be returning to this
business. VERY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES.

Annas has a lot of sheets and towels you won't find at a department store. The prices are a little higher but if you are looking for a special design or color, Anna's will probably have it.

My mother has been in this store before and found a comforter that she liked. We were in the neighborhood one day so we stopped in so she could show it to me. The prices and selection were very good but the service wasnt. We were in there for a good 10-15 minutes. Not once did someone say "hi", "can I help you", nothing. The two ladies that were working were to busy talking about their personal life to really care about their customers. I would probably go back just because they have good prices but not because they are friendly.

PROS: good prices
CONS: unfriendly staff

If you want to find that special bed spread, those great sheets, that comforter you have been searching for you should come to Anna's Linens, because they have it. Such a great variety and usually all on sale too. You can save a bundle on gifts, and bed linens and towels. I love this place.

This store is kinda cool. The employees are nice, although theres only like 2 working at a time. The store is pretty small. They sell curtains, towels and things. The selection isnt very big and some of the stuff is kinda cheesy. The prices are good though. Its a good place to buy stuff if your not really sure what kind of style your looking for and are open.

I have had the best service here at Anna's Linens. Being a discount store, Anna's Linnens offers so many selection of bed, bath stuffs, such as towels, sheets, tablecloth, rug, and etc. The price is unbelievable. However I just wish there are more store in Las Vegas area.

The selection is nice, sometimes you can find items there that no one else has. The clearance section you need a bulldozer to go thru it, which is unfornate. They have good deals sometimes things are limmited. They do stay busy, but the downfall to that is that there isnt enough people to help you.

Anna's Linen's is a small store which sells Linen's. The store is well organized and the prices are reasonable, but the stock is small and uninpiring. I had a gift certificate for the store and actually had a hard time spending. The associates were friendly and helpful, the problem is the stock. Whoever does their buying should look into more interesting towels and accessories.

PROS: Friendly, helpful associates.
CONS: Stock that's nothing to write home about.
