DONT DO IT!!!
Please trust what people say about rudeness and lack of customer service because ITS TRUE do you know why?? because I worked there. Everyone there is miserable. Dr Dalley does not make things easy for anyone there. She is a grouchy woman and very unpleasant. You never know what day to catch her. Its not a happy place to work so therefore your experience wont be either. Its a family ran office so dont expect for anyone there to bend over backwards and help out because they wont. Go to Dr Zority or Dr Abramow

really bad customer service
the receptionist has a very bad attitude, and was not helpful at all over the phone. I called trying to get the results of a culture test they took 4 days previously and she asked me for my name and number and said they were "shorthanded" and that someone would get back to me.

Worst Dr.
This is the worst GYN i have ever been to. I have many female problems. She performed a surgery and afterwards the site got infected and the pain was the worst I had ever experienced. When I called her to see what to do, she yelled at me. She told me I could call anytime. The next day she told me to come in for a check up, then shoved me off to another DR. (which was fine by me). She tried to apologize saying she did not feel well the day before. I really did not care at that point. The other Dr. was a godsend so she did me a favor. Never went back to Dalley.

DON'T GO!!!!!
Dr. Dalley and her staff have the worst customer service skills and lack empathy needed for their jobs. Once I was interested in taking clomid for fertility problems I was told I must see Dr. Dalley. After being a patient for about 4 years I had never met or even seen Dr. Dalley in the office. I scheduled my appointment 2 months in advance (she is busy). On the day of my appointment the office called to reschedule. I was very upset - with fertility problems every month is precious. I was told the earliest appointment was 2 months away. After getting upset I was told that I could have an appointment only a month away. Still not ideal, but I took it. On the day of that appointment...can you guess? Yes, they called to reschedule again telling me it would be another month before I could get in. At this point there was no way I was going to reschedule. I left a message on Friday morning for my doctor (Cindy Sitar to call me). As of Monday evening no one has returned my call - even though I called back twice on Friday and twice on Monday. I am very excited to be going to WOMEN'S SPECIALTY CARE!! THEY WERE ABLE TO GET ME IN WITHIN 2 DAYS OF CALLING.

A Great experience with Dr. Dalley
Karen Dalley's been my doc for the last year and a half. She was recommended to me by a friend and, since my previous OB/GYN dropped from my insurance provider list, she was my first call when I needed my annual exam. Both of her physician assistant/nurse practitioners (Cynthia and Wanda) were great for my routine checks - very thorough and knowledgeable.
When I got pregnant with my son, Dr. Dalley was rightly concerned about complications due to my age and other medical concerns. She is very concerned about any potential risks to mom and/or baby, which is why others may find her a bit harsh and blunt. People need to realize the tremendous liability OB/GYN's take here in Nevada and how that affects their recommendations for your care.
Overall, my husband and I were thrilled with Dr. Dalley. She was very empathetic to my concerns and fed my scientist hubby all the data he wanted. I's strongly recommend her to anyone who's looking for an experienced OB/GYN in Southern Nevada. If you can't handle blunt honesty, find another doc.

Amazing!!
I have gone through 6 OB/Gyno's. I had a miscarriage during the first 6 months of marriage and my doc didn't even see me! He had his nurse come in and check and she didn't tell me anything. I didn't know what to expect and his staff was a bunch of gabby high school girls who could care less if you were in labor or not! (Dr. Paul) and then the Dr. Woe's continued. I became pregnant again with my second child and my doc was smart, but not personable at all and kinda rude, but did a great job delivering my baby and kept me healthy (Dr. Oliver). My mother-in-law recommended Dr. Dalley, and she has been amazing. Always willing to talk, I never have to wait long to see her, max of 45 minutes total. When she encountered a problem with the pregnancy, I mentioned some things about my previous pregnancies that were a problem and she listened! And it actually helped! Go figure?! hahaha. She explains everything wonderfully to me and has a great sense of humor so you aren't uncomfortable. The staff is friendly, the nurses especially. However, I will agree with the previous comments, the front girl was a B*%$h. She isn't there anymore and this really warm sweet girl is there. The on call nurse is great too. Dr. Oliver didn't have that, I just got lost in a computer answering system and never got calls back, so I was SOL when I went into labor and couldn't get a hold of my own doctor. Bottom line, she's the best!

RUDE OFFICE STAFF!
I just returned from my annual at Dr. Karen Dalley's office. I have a very nice nurse practitioner, but the office staff was so rude! An elderly lady there w/ rhinestone-rimmed glasses threw a fit when I asked her to hold my check a day. I apologized for the inconvenience, noting that most doctor's offices will allow bills to be mailed if needed. She continued her fit before finally saying she would cash the check "the regular way" instead of doing an immediate debit. Then she wouldn't even look at me before I left. Even though the nurse practictioner who conducted my annual was extremely nice, I doubt I'll return on account of the RUDE service!

Wonderful Experience
I waited less than 10 minutes in the waiting room, and once i was in a private room, she came right in. She was kind, very personable, and humerous. I was surprised how much time she spent with me in the room. Dr. Dalley answered all my questions and even chatted a bit. I like that there are ultrasound machines right there in the room. And any reason she feels she needs to check anything, she will take a peek.
So that's pretty cool.
The nurse was sweet, the Dr. is personable and funny. I liked her a lot. The office staff is the same as any other place , i think. Nothing special. they just answer phones and take the money and schedule your next appt. This was a much more pleasant experience than I had with Dr. (Timothy) Sauter in henderson. he was always in a rush and never terribly friendly. I'm sure they all have their days though. and many late nights.
PROS: Kind & Caring Dr., Personable Knowledgeable ,Short wait time.
CONS: Had to wait about 4 weeks to get appt. the very first time.

Find a Doctor You Like & Trust
They key to having a great pregnancy and birth is to have a doctor that you like. There is a reason Dr Dalley is like the 3rd top ranked OB in the state. During my first pregnancy I think I only had to see the nurse once because the doctor was called out to a delivery. She is EXTREMELY busy, but her expertise is worth the time I spend in the waiting room. She always takes her time with me and answers any questions I have. I had a miscarriage which she was compassionate about and there was no doubt she truely cared about my well being. I'm now 21 weeks pregnant with my second child and I have seen her at every appointment. She has a great ultrasound set up, so I've been able to see my baby every time I'm in the office. She also has a lab tech right on site so I don't have to drive around to find a not-so-busy lab to do my tests. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my babies. You will encounter rude front desk staff at just about every medical facility, but the nursing staff at Dr. Dalley's office is top notch. Even though they have so many patients, they always remember me. Sometimes it takes a little effort to find a doctor you are comfortable with and trust. I just got lucky on the first try with Dr. Dalley. She is AWESOME!
PROS: Top Ranked, Knowledgable, Established, Returns Pages, Compassionate
CONS: Runs behind schedule w/appointments due to number of patients

Unprofessional, unhelpful, and rude!
This doctor has her own way of wanting to deliver babies, whether that works for a particular patient or not. When I told her I prefered no pain medication or unnecessary medical interventions during my labor, she LAUGHED at me! She also looked through my chart (with me right there) and said, "F*#K" due to a positive Group B Strep test result. She NEVER explained (even though I asked) that having GBS is fairly common and only needs antibiotics to negate any possible complication, I had to find this out on my own. Needless to say, she was NOT the one who delivered my baby!

Good Doctor
Dr. Daley was a good doctor but I did not see her enough to get comfortable with her delivering my baby. I always saw her nurse. She was always available to talk though if I had a problem. The front desk people especially the girl who schedules the appointments was very rude. I felt because I was on medicaid I was being poorly judged by them.
