I have taken my car to the Pep Boys on Lake Mead several times and I personally have always had good service. Yes, sometimes they've ran alittle over as far as time goes BUT I feel they have always been honest & courtesy with me. I usually deal with Travis and I find him to be extremely helpful and honest....at least here I don't feel like I'm getting ripped off because I'm a woman like at most other repair shops.....

I towed my car into this location at 3pm on a Monday. They told me that they were bookrd for the day, but promised me they would look at it first thing in the morning. Travis the Asst. Manager promised me that the tech would look at it by 9am. I called at 11am, and Travis said that they were looking at it, but were not done. I came into the store at 1pm, and realized my car hadn't moved at all from the spot where it was towed. I asked Travis why he lied, and when it would be looked at, but all he could say was that they were too busy. He couldn't even promise me it would get looked at by the end of the day. I had my car towed to another garage (Ted Wien's on Decatur and Rancho), where they looked at my car within one hour and had it fixed by noon the following day. If Pep Boys had not repeatedly lied to me about looking at my car, I would have had it towed to the other garage and fixed sooner. My repairs came to $2000.00, and I'm glad that the crooked liars at Pep Boys didn't get a dime of it!

I will never ever go here to have my car repaired. The service guys treated me like I had no idea what I was talking about and tried to charge me for things I did not need.

I have taken my vehicle to this location on several different occassions. I usually hate to go to repair shops since I usually feel like I am getting ripped off since I am a woman. The staff at this Pep Boys has been nothing but curteous amd informing. They truly want to help fix the problems without adding in a lot of unnecessary work. I would recommend this location to anyone.

I recently bought a car that needed alot of replacement parts so I went down to this Pep Boys and everyone was very knowledgeable and informative about the parts that I will need they also helped me find the parts for the best deal rather than trying to sell me the most expensive ones. It's really great. Good job guys!!

The store has a variety of auto needs and auto repair needs. Staff is knowledgeable. The day I went shopping, store was crowded and the wait for assistance was long but when I was helped it was courteous and accurate.
