If some of the more popular recent releases are sold out, Hollywood will offer a raincheck for free rental when it comes back into stock.</p> <p>This branch, as the other reviewer mentions, do employ informative and friendly staff. The staff knows their stuff and friendly. The Store Manager Kevin is very sweet and helps you anyway he can.
