Lowe's

I went to Lowes looking for 2 things. The first thing was a stepping stone and I found that, no problem. The second thing was a tomato cage and I couldnt find it. I asked a member to help me. He looked all over and finally found them. They were on the top shelf outside. I told him it was not problem I would just get it later. He insisted on helping me get one. He walked around and found someone with a forklift and they got it down for me. That was very kind of him. I also talked with my husband on the phone while in the store and he asked me to look for some plexi glass. I found it and asked the man some questions. He answered me and then walked away. Even though I was still standing there waiting for him to help me. Instead of waiting for the rude man I just walked away. I will shop at Lowes again but I will not visit their plexi glass station again.

me and my roomate bought a fridge, the customer service guy helps, us found good deal, informed us about product, and was pleasent, and receptive to questions.

well, our old fridge was older than me so down to lowes we went. this is after much shopping around trying to get a low price elsewhere. lowes was the lowest price. we settled on a stainless steel because it wouldnt hold the dirt like the others of my past. (i just wish i would have known how easily it would dent) a whirlpool. so the day comes for delivery of our new fridge which we put off several times because we were trying to use the recycle program for our old fridge but that didnt work out. but anyway, the delivery guys came and it wouldnt fit through the mobile home door. so they had to take it apart just to get it in. which they did with no complaining. the only thing was that when they put it back together a very small circular part was lost and the door made a funny noise when it was opened and shut. i called the next day and the guys came out and replaced the washer with one from the showroom floor just for me. the fridge works great. oh, also i did tip about 11 to 15 for the both of them for taking the fridge apart to get it in the door the previous day.

This is a chain hardware store that makes you feel as though you wre shopping in a mom and pop store. Employees are extremely helpful and stock is plentiful in all household needs and wants.
