      <title>1 Stars:  Planet Hyundai is THE WORST EVER!!!! (by Tara R.)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;WARNING!!!!!  DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU SEEK A MONTH LONG STRESS HEADACHE!!!! 
&lt;br /&gt;I am currently in the process with the BBB in a claim against these guys(which by the way 
&lt;br /&gt;is their 53rd claim in 36 months)!
&lt;br /&gt;I wish I would have done my research before going here! They promise anything to get 
&lt;br /&gt;you to sign the papers. Once you do, good luck to you. The next month will be nothing 
&lt;br /&gt;but stress and stress. No returned phone calls. No limit on the lies, waste of time and money.
&lt;br /&gt;When I asked The sales manager, Carlos, why he lied to me on so many occasions and gave so many empty promises he actually said to me in these words, &amp;quot;If it isn't in writing, it's not 
&lt;br /&gt;anything.&amp;quot; So I said, &amp;quot;your word is nothing if it isn't in writting?&amp;quot; and he said &amp;quot;that's right.&amp;quot;
&lt;br /&gt;They will do ANYTHING to sell you a car and once they do, they will never give you the time of day again. They were really nice, I thought....until I signed the last paper. And literally within minutes, I saw a total different picture. I cant go into total details of my case, because it is still an open claim with BBB, but I will say, DO NOT believe anything they tell you they will give you or fix, even if it is on a &amp;quot;we owe&amp;quot; slip! They said that the 5 items that were missing or broken in the car would be fixed and replaced withing the first week. It has been 3 1/2 weeks, 5 visits, 58 phone calls (58 of which I was hung up on) and 1 claim to the BBB later and NOTHING is RESLOVED!&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>5 Stars:  Service department is Fantastic! (by amber r.)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;I can't say much for the sale department, but the service department was AMAZING.  my ac compressor broke so I was calling around town, the cheapest quote I got was close to 1000. I called Jordan in the service department. Not only was my ac compressor under warranty, but the only thing I had to pay for was a new belt.   (mine snapped when the compressor finally gave up) . Not only did Jordan and Britanny call me multiple times a day to keep me updated on what was going on with my car, but when it turned out that my breaks where bad and I needed new rotors along with brakes, Jordan worked with me knowing that my money was extremely tight.  He was  more worried with my safety as a driver than money.  I saved over 1000 dollars of work thanks to that team  they have my business from now on and that of my friends.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>5 Stars:  Planet Hyundai is judged by 12 people out of 50,000 (by Nick T.)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;First of all im not stupid enough not to read the fine print of their news paper add that they've had for 5 years straight, and smart enough to know theres no way of buying a car for six grand. They greeted me with a smile, found the car I wanted. They have two lots and its been two months sence I had the car. I asked them how come they had so much bad reviews and they said sometimes customers lie on their credit app, then the banks turned them down. I have a 490 credit score and they got me done. OK there is a process you have to go through, like negotiate,(pay sticker you&amp;quot;ll leave quicker) yes everyone does it, but the price gets lower every time i say no, figure that out, they beat the all other hyundai dealer prices by thousands, they sold three times more than them anyway all I see on the streets back on every Hyundai is Planet Hyundai. P.S. I would'nt complain after I've bought the car from them lol. GO Planet Hyundai GO&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>1 Stars:  Liers!!!!!!!!!! not worth the time!!!! (by M F.)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;we had just bought a new Santa Fe at Hyundai and had trade in our old Tuscon well after having the new car for 2 weeks they call us back saying to bring the car back because they couldn't get us finance .. i told them why they said they could finance us and let us drive out with the new car in the first place! if they couldn't! well all they could say was i don't know sorry! i mean this people made us believe that yes you do qualify and you can get this new car today and go home with a new car ! so we believe them and went ahead and pay them the down payment for the car! they were so quick to take our money! and let us have the keys to the new car so we went home and surprise the kids and family ,friends! we were excited our first car together it made our day! until yesterday they call us and told us that they couldn't get us finance ! and to bring the car back ! what kind of people are they to do this to Innocent families my kids were sad i was sad and cry and was very angry with them i think this kind of people just like to b***S***! people in every way they can! i would never buy a Hyundai from them if they don't have the balls to tell you and be upfront with you if you can get finance before you get a new car and get attach to it and playing with people emotions and misleading people to believe something that is not .. than in my opinion they are not worth doing business with if they are not honest about one thing than how honest are they ? no one should have to go trough this we are adults we can take no for answer!&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;Pretty simple: Made an offer online for a vehicle at Planet Hundai in Las Vegas, got a call back from Lenny stating they  had excepted  our offer. I asked Lenny before we came down and wasted our time did you except the offer we submitted, his reply was yes thats why I'm calling. I said we would come in the next day and if he was not there Jesse would be. Got to the dealership and was told they could not sell the car for what we offered online. Yes Lenny the Liar strikes again.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>1 Stars:  Crooks at Planet Hyundai! (by Candy R.)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;I recently called Planet Hyundai and asked to speak to a new car sales person regarding rebates.  The secretary transferred me to a person named Lenny in online sales.  I quoted the newspaper article which stated $7,000 off 2008 Sonatas. Lenny then raised his voice on the phone as though other salespersons were listeneing to him and stated &amp;quot;What $7,000 rebates theres no such thing&amp;quot;!  He then stated he could get me out of my severely upside down SUV and stated they do it everyday with no money down.  I went down there and the salesperson could not start the Sonatas because there was no gasoline in them!  I could'nt even test drive one.  I then let the finance manager run my credit.  During this time the salesman was telling how I was going to be able to trade out of the vehicle.  He then met with the finance manager and came back and told me that the dealership where I purchased my car screwed me and that I was screwed.  I stated Lenny needs to pay for my gasoline because he mislead me and got me to drive to Planet Hyundai believeing there were big rebates.  P.S. Their online sales person Lenny is a total flake he knows nothing about auto finance, rebates or even how to sale a car!&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>1 Stars:  Planet Hyundai Sucks!!! (by Mike P.)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;Planet Hyundai is a terrible dealership from start to finish. They have one of the most high pressure sales models I have ever seen, which often borders on harassment, and often results in verbal abuse and terrible deals. They frequently bait and switch, sometimes even after the deal is signed, as they did with me.  Not only did they swap out the car i test drove with one that had less features, it also had a major electrical problem which they knew about before they gave it to me. The radio didn't even work, and the service techs who detailed the car knew it before they gave it to me. The same night I bought the car I was completely berated by the service manager, and was told I was a new car owner whether I liked it or not. They refused to take any accountability for the electrical problem, and told me the car was mine and I needed to deal with the service department now. The service department is just as corrupt and incompetent as the sales floor and general management. It took 5 weeks, dozens of calls never returned, emails, and finally me setting up a website about Planet Hyundai to get them to fix the car's electrical problem.       <title>2 Stars:  Not Impressed (by Debra V.)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;If you're looking for a dealership that doesn't give you a run-around...this isn't it.  The sales staff are just &amp;quot;mouthpieces&amp;quot; and can't make any type of decision by themselves.  A customer can be there for literally hours and still not have the paperwork finished (that's IF you can finally get the sales manager to give you a reasonable offer).&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;One positive is the service department.  The hours are AWESOME and generally it's a good experience.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;CONS: Ability and Time Required to make a reasonable deal.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;I wanted to buy a new car in 2004 after I sold my house. Had to sell because got ripped of while sick from breast cancer.  Told them I only wanted to pay one year to rebuild credit-pay cash for the rest.  Said what I wanted, and asked what downpayment they needed to pay off in a year-They said $9,000.00  Put it down-after 8 mos of payments, still owed over $8,000.00!  Cheated me-went to Henderson Hyundai and was treated great!  Had to put another $4,000.00 down because I was so much in the hole.  Stay away from PH.  They steal from widowed b.c. survivor moms!&lt;/p&gt;

      <title>4 Stars:  On time, easy appointments, good service (by Belina G.)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;I was looking for a dependable car, heard the promos and went to the dealer. Bought a sedan, have had it now for 2 years and have all service done at Planet. I was surprised by their attittude! Very reasonable prices for service and a great guarantee! Liked it so much I bought my daughter a little Hundai the following year (she likes them too)&lt;/p&gt;

      <description>&lt;p&gt;I recently got a settlement and wanted a new car.One I could pay cash for.Well I went to Planet Hyundai in my old beat up truck asked to see the 6,000.00 cars and was told to walk out to the side of the building.The salesman was rude(thinking I had no money) and didn't even open up the doors so I could get in and sit down! Well I got my hyundai at another place  and I got a great car for a great price.If you want a car don't go here!&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;I am very pleased to say that I have found a dealer that actually follows the warranty.  I took my wife's car in for a repair and they informed me that it was covered by the vehicle's warranty and I would have no out of pocket cost.  The repair was done quickly and they are open until midnight which in this town is a blessing.  The service advisor wasn't pushy about trying to up sell other services, but did let me know what services they reccommended.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
