I do not know where to begin with my total disgust for Swan Pools. This company takes no responsibility for any of the damages they do to your property or any of the mistakes they make. They try and over charge you for many things(read the contract carefully and every single itemization). This company dug a hole in my ground and then told me I had live wires above the pool that could not be there. They hit three pipes underground and this caused raw sewerage to back into my pool. They left. They would return when I paid to fix this. The sales person mis-measured or did not measure anything consequently everything from the position of the plumbing equipment to the location of the gas lines were put in improper places this resulted in additional expenses on my part to fix my salesperson's mistakes. The company did nothing to rectify this situation. My pool cost $15,000.00 more the first week they began working on it(It only gets worse and costs more). Each step of the way was a disaster. They couldn't care less. All they want is money, and the salesperson wants their comission.
Please do not ever use this company, I have not even touched on a majority of their failures. My pool is not completed 12 months later, and they never return any calls. You have to make all of the calls. Issues take months to resolve.
I have not heard from my salesperson since the day he dug my pool. The project manager was obsolete as well. Customer service is a non-entity, and the corporate office in Ohio wants nothing to do with any disatisfied customers.
The receptionist told me that every company has its share of unhappy customers, and that the president can not get involved in these matters. It is for that reason that they have a Customer Service manager. Oh, he was the one that yelled at me, about the money I owed him. He did not even listen to my complaint, nor did he acknowledge that his accounting was wrong by $8000.00, and in fact I was owed money. The company could not generate h
