Excelent physician, beautiful work, helpful and super friendly staff. My plastic surgery experience was amazing. Dr. Rifley and I were very clear with what I wanted out of my surgery (breast aug) and asked and answered all of my 10 thousand questions prior to. He was extremely friendly and professional. My husband absolutely loved him as well. My husband and I are satisfied and then some with his work. My breasts are beyond perfect. Perfectly symmetrical, shaped, sized, and my nipple is in the most perfect place. He is a true artist and I couldn't imagine ever having anyone but Dr. Rifley perform any cosmetic surgery on me or a family or friend. I am so proud of my amazingly beautiful breasts. I would have paid double if I had known what beautiful job would have been performed by this excellent doctor.

I had a breast augmentation from Dr. Rifley almost 5 years ago. One of my implants deflated. I went back to have them repaired, paid the surgery center and anesthesia costs, and ended up with different size breasts and one is higher than the other. Dr. Rifley told me to keep squeezing them-hard--and they would adjust. After several months when they didn't change he said it wasn't a problem that he could fix them easily with another surgery-but it would cost me again! I told him I didn't feel I should have to pay since he created the different size and crooked placement with the first surgery. He refused to even talk to me about it-sent me a certified letter-which from reading the other reviews-seems the way he handles business when he doesn't want to fix his mistakes. He also told me to find another surgeon. I also had 2 friends that used Dr. Rifley and they also had a breast deflate and displacement after surgery. I have never written a bad review before, but felt obligated to share my story and maybe save another from making a mistake when choosing a surgeon.

Jawline & Neck cost almost $3000.00 & was never done. Dr. performed 3 surgical procedures in office as I asked him to DO. My jawline & neck were never done. Now he said it had to be at a Surgical Center with general anesthetic. This was the 1st he said that, He also said I would not be charged anymore money! Shortly after I agreed to his terms and had all the required tests completed and sent to his office I received a FEDX letter cancelling my upcoming surgery and he discharged all obligations to me. He always said "I'll make your satisfied, I'll make you happy"! Not true, no money was refunded and I'm not satisfied. NN Las Vegas

Dr Rifley dosen't like to fix his mistakes. And if he does it will cost you. I went in for a $7000 augmentation. Well, one was bigger than the other and one higher than the other. Also I asked for a certain size, and Dr Rifley put in the size of bag that HE wanted. So we went back under the knife and I pulled out my checkbook again. This time...a little better, but nowhere near correct. Dr. Rifley informed me he couldn't do better than that, and if I could find someone that could fix it he would give me the 7k back. I found another surgeon who said he could do it and called Dr. Rifley's office. He refused to speak with me and sent me a registered letter saying he couldn't help me and he will send my records to another Doctor If I liked. Save yourself some time GO TO THE OTHER DR FIRST. Now that I have had this done I have met numerous girls who had similar problems with Dr Rifley.
