Toys R Us

I found the staff to be friendly and knowledgable regarding their products. The wait for the products was long because the items came from the warehouse. But all my questions regarding the items were answered and at one point a manager was entering the stock room to go off duty but he took the time to assist me. The employees assisted me in taking my items to the truck and they loaded them for me.

PROS: Friendly cheerful atmosphere
CONS: Waiting for merchandise to come from the warechouse

if you need a toy or need an idea for a gift this is the place to go. they have everything! at very reasonable prices too. if i need a toy or git this would be the place i would go to first second and last.

toys r us is great becasue they have so many more toys than other toy stores and even though there prices are not always the best they arent that bad they are always helpful and courtious i reccomend anyone to come to this store and check it out.

The selection is there, but the store is generally a mess. The floors are dirty and the place isn't very organized, but what do you expect from a large toy store with hundreds of kids going through it every day. The staff is not very friendly and they never seem to have enough staff. The prices are pretty much comparable to all the other toy stores, but they have a bigger selection. There is plenty of parking, but the parking lot is really dirty and you don't feel really safe.

This store had a great selection of toys! Although some of the employees were rude and non-caring. They could improve greatly on their workers. Other then that their prices were great!

Although the toy store has a large selection of items, the last few times I have shopped there, the service was terrible. There was one cashier who seemed to have a problem with the register after every customer. The shelves were messy and the floors could use a cleaning. I still continued shopping because I knew that it was likely they would have the products I needed, but the store could really use some work.

Toys R Us on Meadows lane in a great store because they are always clean and neat, toys aren't just thrown around wherever in wrong places. The cashiers and workers there are super nice and always smiliing. They have many sales so you can get toys at a great price, think christmas, birthdays, etc.
