The new manager is very rude! My family have been going there for half a year now. I'll be working out on a machine and she will walk over to change the channel. I was watching and she has done this to me more then once. Also there's young kids playing around the machines unattended to. They start to kick people out earlier. When I clearly have 10 mins left!!
I had issues with my bank card and my payment for October wasn't paid.I told her I wouldn't be able to pay it till next week. She said I could only work out tonight. The economy is bad but she couldn't wait till next week??Free membership for the unemployed what a joke!

My friends and I spend a lot of time at this YMCA during the summer to use the really good pool. It is huge with fun water features and big slides. There are lifeguards so kids feel safe, and lots of places to lay out and get a tan.

This YMCA on Durango and Gowan is a great place for the whole family. They have a very large pool with a giant slide and also equipment in the pool for the younger kids to play on. The inside of the YMCA offers many different classes as well as daycare during school vacations and summer breaks. Also, they offer rentals on their rooms to host a party. I had my daughter's birthday here once where we had cake and ice cream inside, opened presents, then everyone was able to go out to go swimming. Lots of fun!!

I THINK THAT THE YMCA ON N. DURANGO IS VERY NICE.
I LOVE THE POOL THERE BECAUSE IT IS GEARED TO SMALL CHILDREN AS WELL AS OLDER ONES. IT KIND OF REMINDS ME OF A BEACH IN CALIFORNIA, THE WAY IT STARTS OUT VERY SHALLOW AND GETS DEEPER. THE ACTIVITIES THEY OFFER ARE A GREAT WAY TO KEEP KIDS OUT OF TROUBLE, WHILE THEY ARE ENJOYING THEMSELVES.
JOANN D.
PROS: LOTS OF ACTIVITIES
CONS: NONE
