I have to say, despite what you or others may think, this place is GREAT. The seafood is sooo fresh (especially when living in the desert), nevermind the yummy biscuits! To the review before me, if they run out of fresh fish (salmon in that case) it's because they RAN OUT OF FRESH FISH AND DON'T SERVE FROZEN, DUH you run out of stuff that is flown in fresh ya know!!!!!! As for the 'slow service', my service was just perfect. I have waited a little bit for my server, but when I first saw her come out, she had a bunch of salads and things for 2 different tables and then came directly over (busy working!). Unlike other people i can recognize I AM NOT THE ONLY GUEST! A person can only be one place in one time, right? From there on I got what i needed when i needed it and never saw my server 'messing around' when i did wait a minute for something, she was always bringing things to other tables at the same time. Very organized. Again I'll say, great service on a sorta busy night. Once i had an issue - i felt my crab was lacking meat - they not only brought me more, but also offered me dessert on them, which i didn't take because i was full from a great meal. Then they offered my dessert to go, i declined simply because, I'm not there to get free stuff for no reason. Things go wrong for everyone in life or at work, How it is handled makes the difference, and they took care of it. plus for my dish of $25, i got food for a king - enough to be pleasantly full and some to box up and eat another meal later (making it "12 bucks a meal" since with my boxed food i was getting two meals)) If you want excellent food with good service, (and the willingness to make all things wrong right again) visit this restaurant!

We have been to this red lobster a number of times in the past and every time the service has decreased in quality and this past visit has finally sent us from being regular customers to no longer wishing to attempt this restaurant. In the latest visit we visited this establishment for dinner, were seated promptly, however this is where the decent service ended. Once seated it took the waitress 10 minutes before visiting our table, at which point our drinks, appetizer and dinner selections were already decided. When she promptly told us that there was no more salmon available for the evening (at 6pm). Both of us decided to go with the create your own feast dinner and we asked about changing the snow crab to the king crab. We were reassured that there would only be a minor up charge for upgrade from snow to king crab, which is what we expected from previous encounters. When we received the bill at the end of the meal we were shocked that instead of charging us the difference between snow and king crab (approximately $3) we were instead charged for two additional add ons of $10. When we confronted the waitress about this fact she promptly told us that it was the manager of the restaurant who entered the information. We then asked to speak with the manager about our bill who came to us saying that we must have gotten a great deal in the past and that this is the way how it is supposed to be done saying that "due to the fluctuating price of king crab we need to charge it this way" when we confronted the manager of the difference in price between the add-ons of snow and king crab in the menu is approximately $3. Due to the poor service and the attempt of price gouging neither of us plan on visiting this establishment again.

Does Red Lobster even need an introduction? This seafood chain has been serving customers for decades.

Obviously seafood is what Red Lobster does best. Lobster, crab, fish, if it came out of the water they serve it here. And for those of you who absolutely loathe seafood, fear not. There's a good variety of other items as well, so regardless of your tastes I'm sure you'll find something.

The problem here isn't with the food (for the most part), but rather the service. Too many mistakes are made. Once I ordered chicken strips, and the waitress brought me a full-blown grilled chicken breast. How could you possibly screw THAT up? Another time I asked for mayo, and the waitress said they didn't have any. Is it LEGAL to run a restaurant and not have mayo? Yet another time I said I wanted a promotional item they had advertised on the menu with no asparagus - sure enough, it came with the asparagus. However, the staff generally rectify their errors, so I'm not going to insult them or anything.

Point is, the food (which is what you probably care most about) is top-notch. If you can deal with some potential staff errors, you'll have a pleasant dining experience.
