Desert Vw Audi

I had a side view mirror stolen from my audi a4 at one of the casinos. I called this dealer to get a price for the mirror - just the mirror not the whole unit. They quoted me $330! I thought they made a mistake - but no that's what they charge. I called the dealer that I bought my car from in NJ - Paul Miller Audi(excellent dealer) and they quoted me $64, and I had the mirror within in 5 days. I was so po'd that I called Audi north america and was told that they have no control of dealers and dealers can charge whatever they want for parts. I really like audi, but I won't buy another since this dealer is the only one in Las Vegas.

my husband and I were recently looking to purchase a new truck. desert audi had one that we were interested in. from the moment we stepped onto the lot, we were treated like royalty. we were not harassed, or pressured in any way at any time. even though we ended up not buying the truck there, we were still treated very well by all of the staff.

PROS: very helpful staff, no pressure
