      <title>3 Stars:  Okay but not all staff is trained well. (by T B.)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;My son wanted to get a baked potato and a ham &amp;amp; cheese sandwich.  I tried to order the items seperately but was told I could only get the sandwich as part of a kid's meal.  The problem is that do not allow a baked potato on a kid's meal.  I ended up ordering the kid's meal with the added baked potato.  After I paid, I mentioned to the girl that I thought it was silly that I could not buy the sandwich seperate and another staff member walking by said:  Yes, you can.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The girl shrugged her shoulders and said:  Oh.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I was offered a free frosty for my troubles.  I did not want a frosty.  I called the Wendy's customer service and was later contacted by the store manager, Angie.  She offered her apologies for the misinformation and free lunch for my son next time we came.  She made good on her promised and beyond.  She comped the entire meal, not just my son's.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;We love eating at Wendy's for the Value menu.  They also have a healthy alternate to fast food like baked potatoes and salads.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;PROS: Great value menu.
&lt;br /&gt;CONS: Staff needs more training.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>1 Stars:  Dave never ran his business this way (by Barbara H.)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;Having lived in the state where Wendy's corporate office is located. Dave would fire everyone and start all over. The service at this location is terrible. They can not take the order, and can not count change or understand the English language. I understand they need their job but please learn how to train the staff better.  We seniors citizen need to be treated better.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;PROS: none
&lt;br /&gt;CONS: Need more training in service to the customer&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>1 Stars:  Dave is probably turning over in his grave! (by Cyndie D.)</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;This place is awful!!  The wait time is ridiculous, the employee I dealt with yelled so lound into the intercom at the drive through I couldn't even understand them...no napkins, no fork, no nothing!!!&lt;/p&gt;</description>
