Celebrations did not order my maid of honor's dress (we ordered 6 months before the wedding). When we arrived for the fitting, less than a week before the wedding, they did not have it. From the beginning of the fiasco the owner was trying to refund us the money (get rid of us), less than a week to the wedding what good is a refund? We worked with the owner patiently for three hours, trying to find a dress that they could order in time, without any luck. We finally settled, and I mean settled, on a dress off the floor. The accomadations that were made for our trouble were totally unacceptable and they were unwilling to work with us on any other alternatives. The owner's wife got into a shouting match with us, at one point asking if it was all about the money. It got to the point when we were so upset that we left the dress, and took the refund, along with my weddig dress and veil. I wish I had chosen another store right from the beginning. I urge you to avoid shopping at Celebrations. This is no way to run a business. I am really upset about the whole experience.
