It has taken us a few days to respond to your comments because we are appalled that you would slander our business like this. We are extremely sorry that the salesgirl who was helping your daughter process a payment was not trained to handle the cash register. It was her first week on the job and would not have been ringing up a payment had we not been very busy in our store at that moment. Everyone is a new employee at some point in their life; she was not meaning your daughter any disrespect or harm. We try our best to give excellent customer service but unfortunately, we can not please everyone.\n\nThere were three more of the dress that your daughter bought here in our store (in various colors), but definitely not ""at least 12."" We do not rack our dresses here in our store. We typically get 1-4 sizes for each dress so it is highly unlikely that anyone from the same school would purchase this dress. Your daughter goes to a school that we do not get very many customers from so it is even more unlikely.\n\nThe owner, Robert, did talk to you over the phone but he did not address you as ""you people."" What he said was ""people like you..."" Irregardless of that fact, he was speaking to you over the PHONE and had no way of knowing your race in the first place. The fact that you would call him a racist is absurd. \n\nIt is so easy to spread lies about our business to slander our reputation but any of our customers are free to come into our store and see for themselves.

A young lady purchasing her first gown should be an awsome experience. Our story makes me cry evey time I talk or write about it. My 17 yeaer old daughter found a gown on the rack, we did not have to order the gown. She went to pick up the gown and was ignored. I called the store while she waited to find out what the issue was. There were many, first the cashier did not know how to take or process cash, she did not knkow how to use the equipment to verify credit/debit payments or the fax machine which they require for verification. My daughter while waiting for the process to take place saw the same dress a dozen times. Upon purchasing the dress, we inquried how many dresses are sold to girls at the same school and is there a process of making sure know one buys the dress at least in the same color. We were told yes, they entered the name of the school, Northwest Career and Technical Academy into the computer and told us there would not be a problem. The day of pick up, there was at least 12 dresses in every size, my daughter called me hysterical, I asked to speak with the owner, Robert who continued to scream, at me and commented on numerous occasions ""YOU PEOPLE"" since I was not standing in his presence, I asked his what he meant by YOU PEOPLE? He continued to make racial comments. By that time, my daugher was in her car with the dress that they never even uncovered to verify it was her dress and they did not even have the decentcy to put the $400.00 dress in a gown bag or at least offer or ask if we would like to pay for one. The dress was not steamed out as we were told it would be, the entire process was a complete mess. I am begging PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR ANY FORMAL OCCASION, YOUR MEMORIES WILL BE COMPLETELY RUINED. I am making it my misssion to contact as many young ladies via social media or school events to let them know how poorly we were treated and that the owner is a RACIST.

I had already paid extra to have it rushed. When I expressed concern over the timing, I was told that it was my fault and that I could pay more to have an extra rush. None of this was explained to me when I purchased it.\r\n\r\nSurprisingly, it actually arrived early. When I went to pick it up, The place was packed. Once I was put in my dress, the girl completely dissapeared. Was not offered or told about any alteration service. Lucklily my future mother in law does that anyways. I ended up still purchasing a vail. When we cashed out we were told $150 repeatedly. Just realized we were charged $250. When I called about this, I was told that there was a remaining balance for my dress. I told the girl that I had no problem paying for what I owe, but that I was told a different price and was just trying to be clear. Twice now I have spoken to this girl and twice now I have been told that it's my fault. When I asked her why she was being rude with me, I was told that maybe it's me!!!! And then I was hung up on!!!!!!\r\n \r\nI have never ever experienced not just bad service, but she was actually MEAN to me!!! Initially, the experience with Celebrations Bridal was very good until we ran into a problem with one of the dresses and were unfortunate enough to speak with Robert, who was supposedly the owner of the place. \n\nWe had purchased a wedding dress and 5 bridesmaid dresses for bridesmaids that are scattered all over the world including countries as far away as Portugal and Norway. We decided we were going to buy the dresses to thank them for making the trip for the wedding so, needless to say, we spent a decent amount of money! Measurements were taken and submitted to the shop so that the dresses could be ordered. When the dresses came in, we picked them up and began sending them to the bridesmaids. Three fit fine, one was really tight and one wasn't even close. Figuring that maybe a wrong measurement was taken or perhaps the two bridesmaids may have been a different size from when the initial measurements were taken, we had them re-do their measurements. They were exactly the same as the first time! We figured we could take one of the dresses out that was a little tight and simply exchange the ONE dress that wasn't even close to fitting a person we submitted measurements for, measurements which were still the same today as when we submitted them. Considering that was the ONLY dress from all the ones we ordered, we didn't think it would be a problem. NOT for this store!!! Robert, the supposed owner, was more about placing blame and who was right or wrong than he was about servicing a customer who had spent a considerable amount at his store!!! I have had bad experiences with other retailers in the past. Mistakes have been made before but have generally been easily remedied, but this experience rates as one of the WORST EXPERIENCES EVER!!! With all the stresses related to planning a wedding, the last thing anyone needs is a smartass, condescending shop owner who is concerned with little else but covering his own ass rather than making sure a customer leaves happy. I will certainly NEVER need to shop at Celebrations again and would suggest to anyone considering this shop to stay FAR, FAR away!!! If you do shop here, be VERY, VERY careful and have your measurements verified because once they get your money?they could care less about making sure everything is as it should be!!! This is an extremely rude and disrespectful owner and it??s disgusting to think about the money we spent at this store.

I called Celebrations Bridal a week in advance and made an appointment to look at Bridal gowns. When I called to make the appointment the girl who answered specifically asked me to go online and select some gowns that I liked and bring my selections with me. I arrived to the store to find out that they did not have me down as having an appointment. The store was PACKED and was completely chaotic!! I gave the girl the list of dresses that I thought were potential picks (about 8 dresses) she came back about 20 minutes later to inform me that they didn't acutally carry any of the dresses I picked!!!! Those dresses by those particular designers is the only reason I went there!!! They then asked me to look around and let them know if I found something that I liked. I managed to find one, but when I went to find the sales person she asked me to keep looking because a dressing room wouldn't be available for 30 minutes. There wasn't even anywhere to sit so people were sitting on the floor.... I ended up walking out because I was so frustrated, don't waste your time!!

While at this store, I made such an incredible connection with the staff, I exchanged my information with Sales Associate Trisha and told her that I would be back after I had an opportunity to check out some more stores. Not ready to make a final decision on a wedding dress, I left Celebrations thinking I would definitely be back to try on more of their beautiful selection. Needless to say, I did end up falling in love with another wedding gown and made my purchase at another salon. A couple of weeks after I had visited Celebrations, I received a phone call from Sales Associate Trisha as a friendly follow-up call to see how my dress hunt was going, I told her that I did end up purchasing a gown at another store, Trisha immediately congratulated me and said that if there was anything she or the staff at celebrations could assist with, that they would be delighted to help! I thanked Trisha for all of her kindness and hung up the phone. Later that same week I made the decision to buy a second wedding gown so that I could have one for the wedding ceremony and then do a dramatic change for the wedding reception. I called Trisha back later that week and told her that I wanted to buy a second wedding gown for my reception, she was so excited to hear from me, she scheduled me in right away? AND just like I had experienced during my first visit, I was treated first class all the way! I was soooo impressed by Trisha and the small business owners of Celebrations bridal that I wanted to give them my business? I purchased a GORGEOUS Maggie Sottero wedding gown for the reception, I purchased a beautiful strapless dress for my church rehearsal, another sassy little dress for my rehearsal dinner, AND the cutest pair of Allure Couture high heel shoes EVER!!! I felt like I was getting the deal of the century, everything was a steal! The prices of the dresses were more than reasonable and the prices for alterations were jaw dropping inexpensive! Cindy Alterations Manager is truly a gifted seamstress, all of my dresses fit me like a glove, they were PERFECT & FLAWLESS!!! Trisha, Cindy & Team truly went above and beyond the call of duty, I am so grateful for everything they did for me! My wedding day and all of my dresses were PERFECT!!!

I checked in a week later and she had ordered the WRONG COLOR. \nThe owner ""Bob"" called me telling me that was not her fault and she would never do that and that I needed to ""Just tell the truth"" I needed to PAY for the new dress to be shipped when it was THEIR MISTAKE! I have never been treated so poorly by any business that I was forking over 250$ to. I have been in Customer service over 15 years and what ever happened to the ""Customer is always right""? No such thing at this store. NEVER SHOP HERE.

I've been on the search for the perfect wedding dress for a little over a year now. I made my way through the city looking for bridal stores that would have that breath taking dress. My first two stops were David's Bridal and Alfred Angelo, and not to my surprise I didn't really find what I was looking for. I have heard both bad and good things about both places, but still found nothing that suited my needs. In all honesty, I remember hearing about Celebrations Bridal through a friend that took her daughter to find a homecoming dress for this year. She told me to at least stop by and check out the store. It was a busy Saturday when I stopped by, but I hardly noticed. When I walked in, I was very much pleased by the design of the store. This is what first began my great experience. The store is set up very nicely, and has a very classy appearance. A young lady immediately greeted me with a smile on her face. As I started looking around, I found so many dresses that caught my eye. Of course I couldn't try all the dresses on because there were way too many I liked. I really liked that I was able to search through the racks of dresses instead of staring at a catalog. The lady grabbed all the dresses I liked and started my room. I began trying on my dresses, but fell in love with a Maggie Sottero gown. Although it was a very busy Saturday, I still had such great customer service. I had the same lady with me the whole entire time, with some nice second opinions of the other sales girls when I tried on the dresses, also. I felt very welcomed by everyone and the atmosphere, once again, was extremely well organized. I've been on the search for the perfect wedding dress for a little over a year now. I made my way through the city looking for bridal stores that would have that breath taking dress. My first two stops were David's Bridal and Alfred Angelo, and not to my surprise I didn't really find what I was looking for. I have heard both bad and good things about both places, but still found nothing that suited my needs. In all honesty, I remember hearing about Celebrations Bridal through a friend that took her daughter to find a homecoming dress for this year. She told me to at least stop by and check out the store. It was a busy Saturday when I stopped by, but I hardly noticed. When I walked in, I was very much pleased by the design of the store. This is what first began my great experience. The store is set up very nicely, and has a very classy appearance. A young lady immediately greeted me with a smile on her face. As I started looking around, I found so many dresses that caught my eye. Of course I couldn't try all the dresses on because there were way too many I liked. I really liked that I was able to search through the racks of dresses instead of staring at a catalog. The lady grabbed all the dresses I liked and started my room. I began trying on my dresses, but fell in love with a Maggie Sottero gown. Although it was a very busy Saturday, I still had such great customer service. I had the same lady with me the whole entire time, with some nice second opinions of the other sales girls when I tried on the dresses, also. I felt very welcomed by everyone and the atmosphere, once again, was extremely well organized. I ordered my dress the same day, and am still extremely excited for it to come in.\r\n\r\nThanks again girls at Celebrations! I can't wait for the call that my dress is in! <3

I purchased a dress there and the whole ordeal was awful, the employees are all young teenage girls, who know nothing about wedding dresses. The dress I purchased needed an alteration that I was told could be done by one of them, and found out it could not be done (the bust was too big, I didn't fill it out with my d cup boobs, I needed it to be altered to fit them, but the design of the dress did not allow for that) I had one girl leave me to the back and I was stuck in a dress till my maid of honor showed up and could get me out of it. They didn't give me anything to cover my dress and when I asked for a garment bag, and they charged me for it. and the alterations person is not always there, and her schedule and mine were conflicting so getting in to see her was nearly impossible, and I was quoted multiple prices ( 3 different prices for hemming my dress) I brought my dress to another place to get altered in fear I would pick it up and find out it was now out of my budget! The staff changes, every time I was there a new teenager would be helping me, they were rude, knew nothing about the dresses or anything, and they always acted like you were bothering them.\nJust not an experience I would want to have on such a special occasion, If you are a bride and want knowledgeable staff, helpful friendly people, and a wedding gown shopping experience that will leave you feeling like you were walking on a cloud, this is not the place! go somewhere else, anywhere else!

One bridesmaids dress did not come in with the other 3 dresses when ordered from the manufacturer; this was not our fault but the dress manufacturers'. Accidents like this rarely happen with our manufacturers, but still can happen. We got the manufacturer to ship the missing dress from China. We were very up front about how long the dress was going to take to get here, we never once lied. The bridesmaids dresses take 10 weeks to normally be ordered. We ordered the dresses 6/12, and received the late one 8/30, which was only one week late. We did offer to do free alterations for the bridesmaid dress and guaranteed to have the dress altered before the wedding, but they did not want to take us up on that offer. The dress came before the wedding, with still enough time for alterations, but still the bride, mother in law, and bridesmaid were all VERY rude to every member of our staff.

One store even said they would take cash only and when I went back a week later they were closed and out of business!! I was getting incredibly frustrated until a friend of mine recommended Celebrations Bridal. I figured I would go take a quick look around, I ended up buying my wedding dress, bridesmaids, and flower girl dresses from the store. I was so relieved, they had a wide selection of beautiful dresses at very reasonable prices. I could try as many dresses on as I wanted to and didn't even need an appointment. The sales staff was extremely welcoming and helpful, not pushy like some of the corporate owned businesses just trying to make a sale.They also did in store alterations that turned out absolutely amazing. For any bride looking to find a beautiful wedding dress I would definitley recommend Celebrations Bridal. They made shopping for my wedding an absolutely wonderful and stress free experience.\r\n

Celebrations special ordered my wedding dress for me and gave me a discount on the alteration prices. The prices for alterations were very reasonable, compared to some other places. The staff was very helpful and the seamstress was great!! They completely worked around my schedule and everything was done on or before the promised date.

Celebrations Bridal is the best bridal store in the Vegas Valley. I searched high and low to find my dress and didn?t even see anything that was the quality and style I wanted until I found Celebrations! Their quality is so amazing and there were so many choices that I found it hard to even pick a favorite. One of my favorite things about the store is that I can stop by whenever I want to! I didn?t even need an appointment my first time coming in and every time I stopped by after buying my dress (which was a lot!! :) the sales staff was happy to see me and made me feel very welcome. They had everything I needed and helped me with everything from start to finish. Celebrations even did all of the alterations in the store at extremely great prices! Margot, one of their many seamstresses, fitted my dress so perfectly that it was like it was made just for me! The dress was steamed out for me and when I picked it up before the wedding and everything was perfect. My experience at Celebrations was heavenly and they made me feel beautiful on my wedding day. By far they are the most fantastic bridal store in Las Vegas.

I found the perfect dress at Celebrations (an Allure 2018 in ivory). The next day after thinking it over, we came back to purchase the it. They gave us all the information and allowed us to take all the pictures and video we liked. Ciara recommended a veil that matched perfectly, but they were a little overpriced ($200+) for a veil if you ask me. She told us my real dress would be in in about 4 months, bit a week later, I got a call from Ciara letting my know my dress was in! That was pure luck that the designer had my dress in stock, but how great! Since then, I have been in 3 more times just to try it on and show it off to visiting family and friends. I never have to make an appointment to do this, and they are always very accommodating. For example, the last time I came in they stayed open 20 minutes later just so I could show my future MIL and SIL's the dress after I explained my work schedule and the fact that they were from out of town and would not be able to come in again to see it. If that isn't the mark of a good retailer, I don't know what is. \r\n\r\n(see continuation in next post!)\r\nIn response to a negative comment from ehop25 regarding her experience of not being able to take pictures or get the name of the dress she was trying on, there is a very good reason for this. Many bad people will come into a shop pretending to buy a dress when they are really trying to rip off the design. That is not fair to the dress shop or the designer. Also, Celebrations WILL tell you the name of the designer, but they cannot tell you the specific name or style number of the dress. All that information will be available when you buy the dress. Do what I did, just take pictures in the dressing room if you need to, but knowing the name, unless you come into the store asking for a specific dress, is unneccessary. The brand won't make you look good, the dress will. What else matters?\r\n\r\n

When I had to return for fittings and other services, shop was busy and I had alot of trouble getting helped. If consistent good quality service is of value to you, I whole heartedly encourage you to look elsewhere. Too many other chioces that are a better value to pay high prices and be overlooked.

From the beginning of the fiasco the owner was trying to refund us the money (get rid of us), less than a week to the wedding what good is a refund? We worked with the owner patiently for three hours, trying to find a dress that they could order in time, without any luck. We finally settled, and I mean settled, on a dress off the floor. The accomadations that were made for our trouble were totally unacceptable and they were unwilling to work with us on any other alternatives. The owner's wife got into a shouting match with us, at one point asking if it was all about the money. It got to the point when we were so upset that we left the dress, and took the refund, along with my weddig dress and veil. I wish I had chosen another store right from the beginning. I urge you to avoid shopping at Celebrations. This is no way to run a business. I am really upset about the whole experience.

I was very excited when I looked this shop up on line because they are the only place in town that sells Maggie Sotero dresses. I went to this store just because I love this designer. I was very disapointed to learn that in reality, they only have the designer's dresses in the bridesmaid/prom dresses and not in a bridal dress. I asked the girl working what designer it was made by so I could look it up online to think about it and email it out (like I had done with all of the other dresses that I liked). The girl told me that they do not ""release that information until you buy the dress""! I even explained to her my situation and she said she could not even give me a little hint. I am sorry but I am not going to play a guessing game when I could potentially spend thousands on a dress. I was not even asking her if I could take a picture of me in the dress, I wanted a picture so I could remember the dress and show all of my family (who are helping me decide on the dress). She made a small attempt at giving me a little bit if help and took my email address and said she would try to email me just a picture, and of course NEVER did. She really never explained why she could not tell me or make an attempt to make a sale with me. This place really lost on a potential sale! I would have asked my bridesmaids, flower girl, and mother to buy a dress from wherever I bought my dress! I would really hope that a place would make it easier and not harder for someone to remember a beautiful dress so they want to come back and buy it!

The staff was so helpful, but not pushy, and the dresses were absolutely beautiful. I found just what I wanted for myself, my bridesmaids, and my ""oh so picky"" mother and the prices were great. I also loved the payment options they had. I highly recommened stoppping in!

This store was also clean but didn't seem to have anything really unique to wow me. The staff wasn't really helpful although they were nice. They weren't snobby and rude like another local store in Henderson but just wasn't really worth my gas money to visit.\r\n\r\nI was more impressed with the selection that I found at Bridal Gallery for dresses and accessories. I guess each store has their strengths and if I had to pick one for Celebrations is that they let you look around by yourself and weren't pushy like Davids or snobby like All About You.

After searching all over for brides maid dresses we hit the jackpot when we found celebration bridal.Not only were they beautiful but the staff was great.I highly recomend them for all you bridal and prom needs.
